On day of departure from Pisa I suffered a back spasm and needed to add passenger assistance. Called the Italian Easyjet number first but assistant did not speak English. Called UK number and assistant could not have been more helpful. She booked passenger assistance and explained clearly how it would work for me. The help in Pisa airport was excellent and I had wheelchair and lift aid to board the aircraft. At Gatwick I was collected from the aircraft and dropped very close to car park bus stop. Thank you Easyjet for excellent last minute assistance that enabled me to get home in difficult circumstances.

Wait time was nearly 30 minutes for someone to answer and then when they did answer the signal was terrible, I couldn’t have a fluid or concise conversation with them, was so disjointed, not a fulfilling call experience.

I was on the chat for over half an hour with a buy called Abdallah in customer service, problem was overbooking and i was unable to checkin, he used delaying tactics, ignored the issue and cut off the conversation ignoring my final questions including a request to log a complaint.
Shocking, they delay my flight, make me miss hospital appointment, and haven't he decent attitude to put me on a flight for the next day. Wasn't the money, was the principle of re-scheduling my flight, after all it's a weekly flight I take to visit hospital. Staff couldn't help as a gesture of good will, after the business they receive annually from me. Shocking easyJet, I'm sure yours can achieve better.

Easy jet have been fraudulent in displaying seat prices, then illegally charging me for seats i had already payed for, on complaining they have said theres nothing they can or are prepared to do. Their customer service people don't understand the Law. Easy Jet are a fraudulent company and i wont be flying with them again (i have been a customer for 30 years by the way)
The customer service rep couldn’t do enough for me! Fixed my issues right there and then in the phone! It’s such a shame because my favourite airline is EasyJet so I was extremely disappointed that they wanted to move my flight from the Sunday to the Monday, short changing me on a 10 night holiday.

EasyJet cancelled my flight twice and on the second time i could not make alterations throughout the app or website as the system would not let me. Contacted online chat line, was online to customer support for 30 minutes offered two more late evening flights which are not convenient requested morning flights only to be told to check website and come back to them and then cut. Really very very poor customer service.
I got refunded the wrong amount, and got told off a bit rudely by the dutch customer service team. Luckily Nozar fixed it for me very quickly! Thank you!
