Useless customer service

Useless: customer service were unable to request or contact the VAT receipt team. Wasted 40 minutes to be told to wait another day in case the VAT team decide to process my request from 5 weeks ago!

Never having resorted to the Special…

Never having resorted to the Special Assistance Service offered by EasyJet, for the first time I telephoned the help number and was assisted by a charming lady who arranged everything for a lift from general airside to departure lounge.
Excellent and fast service.

Unfair policy

EasyJet delayed my flight for more than 3 hours. There is an option for free change however, I cant change destination airport even if it's in same city. I believe it's unfair policy. Also, customer service said post chat completion I will get option to download chat transcript in PDF but that option was not available. Means team not aware of system and process.

Terrible customer service. Easyjet are impossible to contact and flex fair is not properly explained!

Easyjet are impossible to contact. I bought and paid for flex on all fares in a booking for 4 people. I wanted to change a flight for one person. When I entered the "change" section there was a tab for "changing for an individual" which said "contact customer services". After 5 calls on hold for 40 mins each, and several attempts via "chat" I finally got someone, only to be told that I can't change a booking for one individual, despite paying flex fair for all 4? Firstly this seems unfair, and secondly why wasnt this just specified on the website to save me the hassle? Highly disappointed!! Terrible, shocking service.

Computer says No...

I was promised a £25 voucher if I booked a holiday with them. I booked the holiday and received an email confirming the voucher. On return from holiday they did not give me the voucher. I complained and their response was, 'not sure what's happened, but go and contact the company that we use to issue the vouchers and sort it out with them'. Shocking response.

Their useless AI robots will respond to this message by apologising and then telling me that they're looking into it and will get back to me. Well, it's been months now and they haven't got back to me yet!

Excellent Airline

Probably travelled with easy jet over 100 times over the years. A superb airline that although budget offers a great service and affordable prices, planes are always immaculate

AWFUL - Go Elsewhere!

I will never fly with easyJet again. What started as a cheap ticket quickly turned into an expensive, stressful nightmare.

Hidden Fees: They charge extra for absolutely everything.

Luggage Trap: A tiny personal item is free.Cabin Bags: Standard carry-ons cost almost as much as the ticket.

Massive Delays: My flight was delayed by over three hours.

Zero Communication: Ground staff offered no updates or explanations.

Cramped Seats: The legroom is practically non-existent.

No Comfort: The seats do not recline at all.Awful Service: Flight attendants were rude and dismissive.

By the time you pay for a bag and a seat assignment, you might as well fly with a mainline carrier.

Save yourself the headache and book with anyone else.

If easy jet come up as one of your flights for your holiday then I warn you it’s a wait and see if your flight gets cancelled witb no alternative offered. So don't start packing yet or look for a more reliable airline

Worst airline I’ve ever had to deal with

Worst airline I’ve ever had to deal with. Staff are absolutely disgusting swearing at me in their own language infront of other staff members, just because my flight was cancelled and I asked for help, customer service on the phone was shocking took an hour to answer and then told me book another flight and didn’t help me what so ever.
