Very shifty process

Very shifty process. They provide an estimate of items and put them in your cart, but when it comes time to check out, you need to remove the items to reach a certain 'average' per item. Once the items are received, they claim some are 'scratched' and will not pay for them. A lot of effort for nothing. Do Not recommend!!

This does not work with my business…

This does not work with my business model. This is a very slow process and I need to process hundreds of dvds and cds quickly. Also, having to have an average of .65 per item in order to be accepted is also a time constraint. I wish you the best of luck but this is my first and last time using your service.

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. CDs and DVDs were rejected because they were not being purchased or were supposedly damaged, or because they did not meet the required average value (which is difficult when ES is offering two or four cents per CD). As a result, I receive a whopping eight bucks for about 150 items. Save your time and effort and just junk your old media.

Great site to make a quick buck.

I sold some items to Eagle Saver to try them out. I submitted an order that gave me a free prepaid USPS Media Mail label and I shipped it out. Once they got it, they told me one of the games I sent in was missing the actual game from the case. They sent it back free of charge.

The next day they mailed my check, and it took about 2 weeks to get. I got the check on March 20th, 2026. I deposit the check through my bank's mobile app. I got the money. I like them and will do business with them again, the only small complaint is they didn't reply to my emails when I ask for help.
