Wouldn't recommend

Wouldn't recommend. You guys are too picky And cheap not worth my time. Also I rejected your offer but you still didn't send my stuff back and you issued a check

Great app

So originally I sent in a bunch of DVDs and and they were delivered but it still said waiting for shipment so I read the reviews on this app and they were all bad the same things about not receiving their payment so I started to trip and wonder if I was going to get mine I'd say a little more than 24 hours later I received my payment it wasn't in full it was about $50 short which is understandable. I was supposed to get $505 but ended up getting like $460 something. I don't know what all the bad reviews are for this app did right by me. I would highly recommend them and yes I'm a real person and this is a real review.

Easy Process for Selling

I had never sold anything online prior to this so was hesitant. I however found the instructions easy and clear. The scanning was also easy and I appreciated the concluding tips on whst to do to meet the standard sell back rules. I will definitely use the service again.

Good Experience

Not sure why I couldn't send in several more lower dollar value items, the average cost per item had to be so high, other than that I got rid of some clutter and made a little money. If I could gave sent them all in I would have given 5 stars. All in all an easy and good experience.

Bait and Switch

Many items were returned due to "Heavy surface wear; Not authentic copies;" however, those items were brand new and factory-sealed.
ISBN #s matched.
I would consider this to be a "Bait and Switch" outfit. I will be donating the returned items and any items to my local library.

I don't trust your evaluation process!

I don't trust your evaluation process!? The items I sent were in pristine condition. When I purchase a CD, I open it once to play then rip the music to my computer. The CD then gets put on a shelf, never to be played again. Therefore, I wish you to return the items you found discrepancies with.
