Ripped off and cheated - beware!

The goods I submitted were valued at $13.91. Without any explanation the payout payment I received was $9.93. No explanation was provided. CDs that weren't accepted and apparently removed have not been sent back per their terms. Impossible to contact a person to receive an explanation. Feeling ripped off and cheated. Wouldn't use this service again - it is a scam.

Fly like an Eagle Saver!

It was so easy and so well put together. They lead you through every step along the way. The payment is much better than others out there. It is a true pleasure to do business with Eagle Saver. Thanks so much! I will be back when my ears tell me it would be best.

My first time experience with Eagle…

My first time experience with Eagle Saver was very smooth. My only reservation was concerning the scanning app; at times it froze forcing me to restart the process. In all fairness, it could have been partly my internet connection; other than that the process was very smooth and less problematic that other services I’ve used.

This was a really wonderful experience

This was a really wonderful experience! EagleSaver really came through during these tough times! Easy access to getting the most for your products and then shipping was a breeze with their label! Highly recommended! Very good communication, clear instructions! Payment was quick and easy! Will do business again!!!

Web site is too difficult to use.

Your scanner is very difficult to use. It took a long time to give me a quote so I had to back out and start again several time. When I started to check out it told me I needed to average .65 to check out. Need I go on????

**updated with correction Took my stuff, never sent a check

I sent them a small box of DVDs and a couple books maybe totaling $30 but they never paid, never sent a check, and never responded to my emails to them. So, basically, they pay you almost nothing for the media you send then actually steal it because they never send checks apparently.... honestly, I had to laugh because if they wanted donations just become a non profit. Stealing 20 or 30 bucks... really? Is this real the business model?

Needless to say I will never use this business again. But at least I dumped my garbage on them so I actually got the last laugh.

***UPDATE
After some time I finally received the check and after some investigating I found out a neighbor had it in his mailbox so I stand corrected kind of. I'm still not sure if they sent it AFTER my complaint email to their customer service because it's been a while and even though the USPS delivered it to the wrong mailbox I wonder....THAT SAID I did receive payment and I thank them for keeping their promise but I think I will look elsewhere for similar services as I found a few that at least pay 25 percent of book prices when they want them. Same for DVDs....others pay a little more for good titles.

They bought some of the movies which is…

They bought some of the movies which is alright the problem was ....they said I had 5 days to ask for my DVDs they didn't buy back ....sent serval emails from 4/11/2026 everyday with no response about my DVDs to be returned...as of today 04/17/2026 still no response from them
