The only complaint I have is price...

Having said that the mattress is worth it, I have not had this comfortable a nights sleep in ages. Everything about the experience was great. The in store expert knew their stuff, we did the machine to determine our "ideal" mattress and then the expert took us to try them out and we quickly settled. She was courteous, professional and very very helpful.

The delivery slot was a 3 week wait but on the day they turned up within the hour slot they had shared with me and very quickly had it upstairs and in my bedroom where I wanted it to be. They were extremely efficient and helpful.

So conclusion: is it expensive, yes. Is it worth it, YES!

I have to give 5 stars for the service from the staff in the shop for all there help in purchasing the correct bed to the delivery people who were so kind and helpful, the bed is beautiful very well made and very comfortable excellent quality, i have to give 5 stars even though at the moment i have resorted to putting a rollaway mattress on my side of the bed, it is no fault of the bed my husband sleeps like a dream and he has replacement hips and osteoporosis but i have a back problem and it takes longer for my back to adjust to the firmness but overall an excellent service

The mattress gave off a terrible chemical smell when the plastic wrapping was removed. The delivery men said it to air it for a couple of hours. Well it took 3 days before it was fit to sleep on. I had to sleep in the spare room for 2 nights. The salesman wasn't interested. I couldn't get through on the phone number. I wrote an email complaint but no-one responded.

Bought a new Tempur mattress from Dreams. From in-store to delivery the experience was superb. Most importantly though the comfort of our new bed is amazing. Thank you Dreams.

Weren't pressured into buying. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Vast selection of mattresses, pillows bedframes. Used the tech to find out which mattress was most suitable.

The professional and friendly service we received helped us to make sensible and worthwhile mattress purchase. The salesman who served us showed great product knowledge and provided us with a pleasant purchasing experience.

Good service from start to delivery. Bed and mattress comfortable, so far so good only nine nights use, still getting used to it.

I am so glad that I chose this as I was searching a lot. Everything went smoothly including on time delivery, packaging, clear information for fixing. The bed is so strong and quality and also huge space for the storage.
The price is also reasonable when we compare others.

The sofa bed arrived on the planned date and at the time predicted. Both delivery staff were excellent and as suggested it took us about an hour for us to assemble with good instructions. The quality of all parts is very good and the sofa bed has now proved comfortable both as a sofa and a bed. Completely meets our expectations!

Everything about dreams is great they do everything they say everything is said to you when you purchase and also in text for delivery really chuffed with the product

I visited the Poole store, mid week in the afternoon and upon entering I chose to look about on my own at first, noticing how clean, quiet and calm the store was before Hannah, sorry it could have been Anna, asked if I needed any assistance.
She took me to the Sleepmatch technology, which would match my needs to a suitable range of mattresses, informing me every step of the way of what it was doing. Once the technology had done it's job, I tested 5 or 6 different mattresses before making a decision.
Hannah/Anna was very helpful throughout the who experience and explained everything cleary. There was no pressure selling, hidden catches or fake sales pitch, just good honest customer service. A breath of fresh air in this day and age.
I look forward to many restful nights on my new purchase.

The young lady in the Dreams store couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us options, time to think and guidance.
The delivery was on time and we were kept up to date at all stages.
The mattress is wonderful, can't remember sleeping so well and not waking up without a he's and pains.

We went along to dreams as we wanted a new mattress, we were left alone to have a look around the shop and only approached when we were ready, which was appreciated.
The shop assistant showed us some mattress which we tried out and he explained about each mattress. When we had choosen one we were offered tea or coffee while payment was being organised.
A very good experience from start to finish without being pushy.

Very knowledgeable store operative & helped us get the bed & mattress we required.
Very courteous would recommend anyone who require a bed with special requirements

The delivery team were quick and very professional. They set up the bed and cleared all the protective material and took it away as required.

Arrived on schedule...guys were very pleasant, cheerful & helpful, wore overshoes & put the bed together in about 10 minutes..so delighted with them.
