David greeted and attended to us carefully and professionally.
We were offered SleepMatch which started us on our journey to select a new bed. We were offered a cup of tea each - but no biscuits ! (company policy we believe).

Good service and comfortable bed
A great service from the team at dreams, very helpful and listened to what we wanted, showing us all the options. Would definitely buy from them again. Our bed is extremely comfortable and I'm finally getting a great night's sleep. They only thing I would say that let them down was the quality of the bedframe, we went for and otterman as we wanted the storage but the bottom is so thin that it won't hold a lot of weight, we order some thicker wood from b&q to get the extra support and just cut it to size.

A great shopping experience at Dreams, Leamington Spa
A great shopping experience at the Leamington store. David helped us throughout the process and was great. No pushy sales techniques, just a helpful and relaxed experience. We were greeted when entering the store and offered a drink. The 'sleep match' system provided some recommendations for matresses (which also match our preferred mattress from just trying them out within the store). We were also provided with some free pillows as part of the purchase which as a nice, unexpected bonus! Thanks again to David for a great customer experience, it's a shame other shops don't follow this level of high customer experience!
