Store assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without crowding me. The perfect balance to let me make my decision, testing the beds in my own time, but checking to see if I had any questions at various points. Good shopping experience.

Lovely ottoman bed frame.
Ordered online easily. Great delivery date choices and time slots. Measurements were invaluable and spot on.
Delivery team were friendly and helpful and assembled my bed frame quickly and put my mattress back on. Demonstrated how to lift, close and the mechanism and locking pole - great addition!
Bed frame is very sturdy, easy to lift and close. Lovely soft material and loads of space underneath and with its own floor too. Highly recommended. Wish I’d got one sooner!

We first ordered our bed for early January but our house move took far longer than we thought. The date was changed with no problem and finally delivered on the 11th of March. Really pleased with bed. It is super comfy. Great service from Dreams. Thank you.
