Delivery of the mattress was excellent. Dreams kept to the booked day. We received confirmation communication prior to the delivery day and on the day prior to delivery confirming the 2hour delivery slot. They also phoned on the morning of the delivery to confirm the 2 hour time slot and they delivered well within the time slot. The delivery team were polite professional and courteous and delivered the mattress in excellent condition and I am very satisfied with Dreams and I would definitely recommend. Excellent products, salesperson and delivery experience.

From start to finish, excellent service from our visit to Camarthen store where Kelly was very knowledgeable when purchasing our new Hopkins bed and Tempur mattress.
And to top it all off extremely impressed with the delivery guys Davood and Malcolm, who were very efficient, polite, helpful and respectful to our home.
Would definitely recommend!!!

Very comfortable!

After a few years of struggling with broken sleep and need for a more responsive mattress support, we decided to change our 13 year old bed for a new one. Having bought the last one with Dreams and the one before that, it made sense to pop in for a chat to the nice people in carmarthen. After going through the bed test sleepometer thingy, it was clear we needed something comfortable but robust. The tempur mattress works a treat. The frame and headboard were chosen by colour and look and it wasnt long before the delivery team arrived and we had our new bed. I assembled it with ease, and after leaving the mattress to acclimatize in its new surroundings, 24 hours later got in, slept like a polar bear. Very happy and thank you, see again in 15 years.

visited store to purchase a new mattress having bought an emma premium which i was unhappy with. Greated and treated with respect, used the computerised sleep machine and following its recommendations was shown the appropriate advised mattresses, by a friendly knowledgeable respectful and non pushy salesperson. following trials and advice I bought a tempur mattress. My only concern was; I visited deliberately when store was very quiet during the current new covid virus outbreak. I need not have worried. The store personnel sanitised the trial mattresses and pillows in my presence before I tried out the various products. A non pressurised positive experience with a pleasant well mannered, knowledgeable salesperson.

The customer service was outstanding and the person serving me was extremely helpful. I would recommend Dreams to anyone. I felt I was given as much time as I needed to look at the products and to find one that was suited to me. The information that was provided was great and helped me to decide what product to buy.

Was very pleased with my visit to Carmarthen store. Was assisted by Lee on a mattress purchase. He listened to our needs, advised us and showed us the best mattresses for our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and we are looking forward to our new mattress delivery which was amazingly fast. Ordered it the Sunday and will arrive Thursday can not wait. Also we got 2 free tempur pillows with our purchase which we took home Sunday and they are very comfy my wife even says my snoring has gone better with the pillows so fingers crossed the mattress will help.

Good selection of quality goods. Excellent service from a very polite, friendly and knowledgeable sales person. If delivery had been quicker I would have scored 5 stars.

Excellent service at the Carmarthen store. Friendly, jolly staff members. Had a go on the sleep bed machine which advised the most suitable mattress for my requirements. Purchased my Tempur mattress as a result of the test and have had the best sleep ever since! It was a hot day, so the bottle of water offered was greatly received! Kids came with me and the jolly staff were very patient! Would recommend and go there again.
