Despite four people being in the house
Despite four people being in the house, the driver did not knock or ring to let us know about the delivery. Instead, he dumped the case of wine on the front door step without checking that the recipients of the wine were of sufficient age. This is a common problem with DPD.

They claim to deliver your parcel at home.
They claim to deliver your parcel at home. It's either in another 'safe' place or nowhere. Definitely not at home. They might find the excuse of 'you were not at home'. Even if you were, they wouldn't let you know and would deliver to the wrong address, taking a picture of the parcel to claim that it was delivered to the right address. Definitely unreliable delivery service.
