Not a door to door service.
For the second time the DPD driver left two 15kg parcels at the bottom of our drive near the pavement, 60 metres from our front door & with a heart condition it is very difficult to retrieve such heavy parcels. I complained last time and was assured it wouldn't happen again, obviously they don't care. DPD used to be one of the best parcel delivery companies but now it is by far the worst.

A new member of staff in training came…
A new member of staff in training came to collect my parcel. Both he and his trainer were excellent, efficient and friendly.
The only thing that let them down was the parking. A neighbour had to wait for the trainer to move the van from the middle of the road! Shame as everything else was 10/10

Excellent service. Prior emails received updating package received and expected delivery time. Arrived within the timeframe specified. Driver was friendly and polite

didn't even bother to attend
This is now 6 out of 6 failed deliveries in a row for dpd.
Yet again i paid for next day delivery as it was something i required urgently for my business and unfortunately the company used dpd.
Watched the driver on the tracker go past my house to a village east of me, then return past my house to a village to the west making no attempt to pull in and drop off my parcel.
Customer service could not have been less interested when I called and asked the driver Ahmad to return amd claimed not to be able to get hold of him.
Words cannot describe how bad this company and their level of service are.
