Delivered to wrong addres!…
I was at home and even saw the driver in the street but he left my parcels on a doorstep of a neighbour and not my house. My house is clearly marked with its number on the front door. My neighbour is disabled and cannot get to his door never mind lift parcels- I would NEVER tell you to deliver there and would always let you know if I couldn’t be at home. The parcels were clearly addressed so there is no excuse. At least it was delivered on time but I didn’t expect to search the street for it. I’m not impressed on this occasion.

Constant updates on tracking of my parcel. Easy app to communicate any requests if needed. Driver only tapped lightly and I wasn’t sure if it was the door. By the time I’d looked out the window he’d dropped the parcel (in safe place) photographed and was on his way. I know they have a lot of drops to get in so was trying to be quick.. it wasn’t a problem though, just an observation.
