Be careful
I cant say anything negative about the clothing as i love the clothing and never had any issues with quality.
I have ordered many times for my daughter who is almost 5, she loves looking on the website picking bits and peices especially the character peices.
I have been stopped on many occasions by people and told them about the brand recommended friends and family.
I have ordered some autumn peices which my daughter chose from the website. I received a email a day later advising that due to unforseen reasons my order was cancelled
I went straight on the website presuming this was because maybe something was out of stock but all was there.
I have emailed you and tried to contact you in everyway possible as i am worried they may sell out and would like to know the real reason behind the cancelled order.
It crossed my mind that around 2 months ago a week before i was due to move i ordered my daughter 3 princess dresses, i emailed dollywear thinking one was missing, i got a email back saying they checked cctv and it was packed.
I found the dress i had been moving out i had everything everywhere and made a simple mistake, i emailed back to apologise and say ive found it.
Is this the reason you cancelled my order because i cant see any other reason why you would randomly cancel my order, not respond to my emails.
All i want is to know is the truth. I think if what i say is true its very unreasonable considering ive never complained, raised any charge back and supported the brand where possible.
If someone could get back in touch weather that be to tell me i am blacklisted it would be appriciated i just want to know the truth.
UPDATE
Apparently i have been banned for emailing thinking a dress was missing on my original order then immediately emailing back apologising it seems to be a customer adviser named megan who has the issue with me. I wont be using and will be sharing my experience.

Customers are not prevented from ordering simply because they contact us regarding a potentially missing item, nor would an individual customer service adviser personally make a decision of this nature. When an item is reported as missing from an order, this is treated seriously as a potential loss/fraud matter and, as part of our standard investigation process, CCTV footage of the packing of the order may be reviewed. In relation to the previous order referenced in your review, CCTV was reviewed and we confirmed that the item reported as missing had been packed within the order. This information, was then provided to you. Following this, you contacted us again to confirm that you had located the item and apologised for the mistake. There are circumstances where, following a review of an account and its order history, we may make a business decision not to accept or fulfil future orders. We will not discuss the details of an individual customer’s account or internal risk assessments within a public review. We would also like to make clear that this was not a personal decision made by Megan, and we kindly ask that individual members of our customer service team are not personally named or held responsible for company-level decisions. We appreciate that having an order cancelled is disappointing and we’re sorry for the frustration caused.

Love the school uniform
I absolutely love Dolly Wears but never realised they did school wear until I saw it advertised on Facebook.
The little pinafore dresses are absolutely adorable! Even my husband said so 😆 and are true to size. They’re reasonably priced and arrived quickly. I am very impressed.

I've been buying from Dollywears for 4 years now. I wait for every new release day and usually order the day they release new stock. Only ever had 2 delay with an order and their customer service was brilliant in fixing the delay. Beautiful clothes, well made.

I’ve bought from Dolly Wears a few…
I’ve bought from Dolly Wears a few times and always loved the clothing and had no problems. This time around there was a fault with two of my items. I emailed customer service and had an initial encouraging reply. However I have received no further communication from them and therefore have no resolution for the faulty clothing. Unfortunately due to the lack of customer service, I will think twice about ordering in the future
