NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU THINK YOUR ORDERING. I ORDERED A CROCHED JACKET (SUPPOSEDLY) BUT THATS NOT WHAT CAME. WHAT CAME WAS SOMETHING THAT WOULD FIT A CHILD AND ITS A POLYESTER FABRIC WITH SPRAY PAINTED BUTTERFLIES. VERY CHEAP AND THE SAME CHEAP FABRIC YOU WOULD GET FROM TEMU FOR 5.00. TOOK 33 DAYS TO RECEIVE. PAYPAL GAVE US OUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY INVESTIGATED AND AGREED THE COMPANY WAS A FRAUD. AFTER WE RECEIVED OUR MONEY BACK THE COMPANY STOLE THE PAYMENT BACK FROM OUR CHECKING ACCOUNT!

Below zero

Below zero. This company tries to make it impossible to return something. I have a shirt of many colors in an xl large and it runs small. I need to return it. I have been instructed:

“We understand this Ladies' Butterfly Patterned Western Style Jacket in size XL does not fit you. If you believe the actual measurements are inconsistent with our size chart, please send flat measurement photos. Place the tape measure on the garment and clearly show the bust, length, shoulder width and sleeve length readings. We will evaluate your case after receiving the photos. Please note there is no local return address, and the return process is complicated with a long lead time.”

I cannot even find the item again to get those measurements. This is ridiculous.

Bad experience.

These folks are selling substandard IMPORTED clothing products. The price for these items are not a good value whatsoever! My advice would be to redefine your total business plan as should they continue the path they are on...well they wont be around long. Ill never purchase from them on this fact alone. Not to mention their shipping partners are total BALL DROPPERS. Contacted the company multiple times and basically got the run around about unforseen delays. I mentioned finding a reputable shipper as well to them. Last but not least this company uses DOLLY PARTONS name in their business name. Likely as it their ONLY hook to attract business. I personally know what I saw in their advertisement WASNT WHAT I PAID FOR. They claimed the overalls were cotton/denim. They are NOT.
