Asked for Libre 3 Freestyle Device which works for 14 days was available in Pharmacy costs 75 USD and can share information inside the app.
Got prescription for Dexcom G7 sensor and received which costs 295 USD after discount works for 10 days and not available in the store. Tried to change prescription - asking for 39 dollars again. Tried to refund my consultation “100% refund guaranteed and customer satisfaction” promised. Ai bot said - can’t help only discuss health issues. Tried to paraphrase - got sent to suicide help line.

I'm out 40 dollars for a 7 second video chat because Doctronic made an assumption. I had asked him for a mild muscle relaxer and assumed i had wanted a narcotic. This man didn't even listen before making an assumption and judgement on me. I don't take narcotics. Give me my money back!!

You guys help me get my kid help

After today’s 3rd visit for same problem docs failing to prescribe antibiotics for the length recommended in current literature, I will NEVER USE Doctronics AGAIN. Clearly they use substandard providers.Details, I had a tick bite w/ cellulitis and the first doctor order 2 tabs of doxycycline. I called the next day when the center was BLACK & the cellulitis was 4-5 inches in diameter. The second doc ordered 7 days/ without looking at the infection and failed to try & learn abt my history of cancer & 7 yrs of chem/immunotherapy & chronic infections. I'm trying to reach them again for a 3rd time. Clearly the docs are paid, per patient so they RUSH! I've used other services, they are a bit more expensive but they are far superior to this one! I do NOT believe they use competent providers.

I was so grateful when I initially found Doctrinic. I met a kind doctor and he told me that I could come back every month to get my medication until I found a PCP. My second appointment i met a woman that recommended I abruptly stop taking a medication that I had been on for 3 years. She prescribed me a new medication after speaking with me for less than 5 minutes. Long story short, my family had to take me to the Emergency room and the doctor at the hospital informed me that I should NEVER just stop a stable medication abruptly. I had slowly tapered on to the current dose I was prescribed so it made sense to me that I would need to taper off of the drug before starting something new. But I trusted the "physician" at Doctrinic and followed her instructions. The ER doctor took such amazing care of me and they helped me locate a new doctor to see. I would never recommend a person to this site. Your health is so important so please find care somewhere else.

They are a scam, don’t trust them. Once you pay, you wait hours (I waited 4.5 hours for my video call) and they don’t provide an estimated wait time. I finally saw the doctor, and he told me they can’t help my condition, and hung up. The call was about 30 seconds. I was pretty disappointed after paying the appointment fee and waiting several hours — especially since the initial screening had laid out a plan they could do for me. I believe the positive reviews here are fraudulent. If you intend to use the site please be aware that this is the “service” you are paying for.

I don't have medical and I am unemployed so I turn to this for help with my problems I haven't seen a doctor in 3 years and this has done a lot for me. I give this 20 Stars because it helps so much thank God for this app because when you have questions and you can't see a doctor you can turn to this app. I love the fact that you have a question it answers it and it keeps on asking questions and you keep on giving it answers and then it comes out and let you know what it thinks and offers you help perfect that very satisfied with it.

There is nothing better than Doctrinic on the market. Their platform aided my primary care doctor in finding a diagnosis. Everytime I had used Doctronic, I have not been disappointed and the cost for a doctor's visit....you can't find a better deal for on the spot healthcare. If you were to go to the ER you'd pay over $1000 and primary care is around $300. I'm fortunate to have 100% medical coverage but I have to wait for prior authorization, with Doctronic, there is no wait time.

It's an interesting concept and probably very helpful for some people who need the low-cost option For those in need. I entered information I already knew the answers to, pretty much. Then it came back with what I expected it to do, so it was accurate as far as I needed to know something. I'll keep in mind that it's a free service for inquiries, and I suppose if a doctor is needed, it would be helpful as well for information's sake!

Great advice

It was great to be able to say how you really felt and what was going on and tell everything, instead of being rushed or blowed off like Drs do and don't even let you tell them everything that's going on. I so wish it could be like this talking to Drs. If they'd only listen and be half as concerned.

I'm only giving 2 stars because I was able to get a refund. I would not recommend. I will not ever try again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Doctronic. They heavily advertise consultations in under 30 minutes, but I waited 45 minutes on the video call and no doctor ever joined. No updates, no communication, and a complete waste of time.

Doctronic. Is an excellent symptom checker and very accurate. I use it all the time.

Misleading complete scam the visit was quick when he advised did I need an excuse I advised sure. He advised he would even do one for tomorrow. He lied never received I literally gave $40 for nothing will be requesting a refund SCAM don’t waste you time. I wish I could have did one syar but they said they get those deleted easily.

Doctronic has always been extremely useful and accurate for me. I'll always be a patient.
