Horrible and waste of time
Horrible and waste of time. Waited over an hour just for a doctor to join and then immediately hang up without saying anything. Made another appointment and paid the fee again only to wait over 2 hours without being seen. Better off going to Urgent Care or ER at that rate.

Not recommended.
I am not very happy with doctronic. I came to them in January needing assistance for some type of medication to replace the Xanax I used for panic attacks, since they quickly told me that they can't prescribe that kind of medication over a computer. So the suggestion of the doctor that I saw at the time put me on gabapentin which is an medication used to manage anxiety. After a few months it started to work properly the problem that I had is that lately when I tried to get a refill I was denied and they told me I had to go in to see a doctor in order to continue to have it refilled. Primarily the reason why I use doctronic is because I cannot afford HealthCare coverage. This is also a medication that you can't just abruptly stop taking. So long story short I was put on a medication that they no longer claim that they can manage and now it's oh well just go find a doctor. That is not easy to do when you don't havehealth insurance and so paying out of pocket to see a doctor is going to cost me more than I have. So yes, I am rather disgusted with Doctronic and I would not recommend them to anyone. To make things worse when I recently just saw a doctor for the last time he would not even prescribe me the Gabapentin to get me through another 30 days so I could make an appointment for a doctor leaving me in a complete panic trying to figure out how I'm going to get my medication.

Everything went smooth and the Doctor was very compassionate, I am very impressed. He called my Rx in and I was able to pick it up within 2 hours. I would highly recommend this service for anything that does not require a Doctor to have a hands on visit.

What really impressed me was when I complained about being asked multiple questions each time, with TLDR reponses, it changed to a single question and wasn't so wordy. The recommendations for medications and other activities matched what I've been told by my doctors, and this gave me insights about what I want to talk to my doctor about next. Took my money KNOWING they can’t prescribe it online!!
Doctronic assessed me with AI, and allowed me to book the appointment KNOWING which drug I wanted. They took my $39, then immediately the doctor tells me they can’t prescribe that drug online. They advertised this exact drug online! They let me pay and get an appointment even though the doctor said it’s illegal to prescribe online! Misleading advertising!! Do Not Trust Doctronic!! UPDATE: I received a full refund. However, the advertising is 100% false. I did a specific search for this drug, and they had multiple ads saying that they prescribe this drug online. They do not. Nobody does. It’s illegal to prescribe online, and they do not have a physical office.
