I needed a face mask for my bike in the winter, saw the perfect thing and I got what I ordered. Perfect.

This company is a bunch of crooks they sold my partner a faulty scooter are refusing a refund even though it has been proven it was faulty and my partner was injured. Unsatisfactory repairs were carried out as well and the customer services of all the staff including management is awful. Management hide away, will not reply to emails and refuse to answer legitimate questions stay away from this place.

I ordered a next day delivery order and I paid for it and I’ve been waiting for two days now I don’t understand what is this service ?

Placed an order on the 25th November tracking info said it will arrive on 26th.
Says delivered but I was at home all day and received no parcel.
Customer service replies very fast which is good but the situation is quite serious, £749 is a lot of money to spend on an item and not receive it. They keep instructing me to check my neighbours which i have done.
I have provided cctv footage showing the time and date of the supposed delivery and it’s clear that it was not delivered.

Got to say these guys have been spot on all the way through and even go through extra security to make sure you are the right person and my scooter came with a front puncture and they sent out a replacement inner tube the next day which is great service

Crooks run this place. I took my bike for a basic brake setup. After they changed the setup my cycle wheel would get stuck and not move. Instead of refunding me £20 they charged me an additional £20 and pretended it was a mistake. I contacted their admin team and after over a month they still have not refunded me. The people running the swiss cottage branch are thieves. In the end I took my bike to a different shop in morrington cressent and they did a good job fixing it.
