I would give 0 if there was a option brought hike for my 3 year old in first ride peddle came of and the chain snapped resulting in a massive fall had to take her hospital as dislocated her elbow called Argos they gave me contact number for these lot went straight to answer message finally got thru to some one who was so rude told me to email pic and proof of purchase
Oh my gosh
Oh my. What can I say. Bought via Argos because they are a trusted name. First bike had a broken part. Argos were fab and exchanged it. Second bike, same model, same company, this one arrived with a different part also broken beyond repair. I looked at the documentation and saw it was made by Insync bikes.
Argos picked it up and refunded me the next morning. No fault on them.
I was mentioning this to another parent and they had ordered the same bike and it had arrived with RUSTED parts. Not what you expect when you buy a brand new bike.
I bought elsewhere and have a great bike now. Check who makes the bike carefully when buying online, avoid insync!
Good bike
I have not had contact with the insync company but I had one of their e-bikes for 5 years and have never had a problem with it
Quality Issues, bike seat snapped in the middle of road after 3 months
There’s quality issue's with the E-move 20 inch wheel size unisex 36v e-bike and I almost got into a car accident just after 3 months of using it.
I bought it during a sale from Argos at a massive discount at 250 pounds. Argos has stopped selling this bike as it probably has many complaints from customers. Thankfully, I bought it through Argos so I m protected I will probably get my refund.
However, I could have lose my life and this could have really been a penny wise and pound foolish decision.
This is not a fake or malicious post to harm the company. I am vouching this experience with my personal identity even if it entails the risk of facing threats or harassment from the company.
I just want to share my experience to warn others because this is a life and death matter.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! i ordered a bike for my daughter in April & it was missing a part j emailed them
Right away; I had one response from them and now I’ve heard nothing despite multiple emails being sent from myself. My daughter is heartbroken that she still can’t use her bike over 3 months after her birthday! As a single parent I can’t even afford to get another for her, I’m extreme t disappointed I definitely DO NOT recommend these people!!!
Avoid this bikes, they are life threatening
Avoid, avoid.
After just 2 years of driving my bike only in the city the forke broke, and I had an accident causing me serious injuries!
I can prove this with pictures, if someone disbelieves!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Brought my son a bike for Christmas from Argos and the chain keeps coming off every pedal. Got in touch with the company who emailed me 2 weeks later to say they’ve received my complaint could I send photos and details etc. I didn’t hear back from them until over 4 weeks later and now I haven’t heard back from them since and it’s been 6 weeks. Messaged them 3 more times and no response. Absolutely useless and no other way to get hold of them.

Breach of GDPR AND INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Receptionist had forwarded me a email with a customers details on. I've been backwards and forwards with this company trying to get a bike replaced that I bought in October as a Christmas present. The brake handle snapped off and my daughter was near a busy main road where a car nearly hit her. The person answering the phone is in serious breach of GDPR passing me another customers data. Of which her reply wad I've only made a mistake. This is clearly inadequate customers service and if I am not given the code required I will be taking further action..I have a manufacturer warranty the bike broke after 3 uses is completely unusable not to mention the fact the item is unfit for purpose.

I made enquiries which you could have ignored but you dealt it so well, great communication, great service and hugely helpful, thank you so much .
Great bike and great service
I purchased the 20 inch hybrid about a year ago and it was an incredible value for money bike. Great performance at a great price. Due to an accident the derailleur got mangled and I needed to source a replacement. Insync were very responsive in helping me get the part and get the bike back up and running very quickly. Very impressive.

Was told you dealt with Kyoto commute bikes byHalfords who recommended you but now told you do not! Not at all helpful! Can you inform me of someone who might supply a new charger?

Good advice
Good advice. Fast resolution and delivery of spare parts.
Insync have tried their best to resolve…
Insync have tried their best to resolve the issues I had with the bike I purchased. All of the issues were caused by damage inflicted by the courier, on three separate occasions.
I would certainly recommend Insync, however, I would strongly suggest they don't use Evri in the future as their own reputation could be at risk as well as the goods being shipped.
