For the first time I had to hire a company to dispose fridge freezer (American Style which is too big for council collection) and had very positive experience!
I think the major part of it was excellent communication with Rowen who always promptly answered all emails with questions.
Guys who came in for collection also were nice and efficient.
On top of that, they were the cheapest out of 4 quotes I obtained.

The only thing that put me off slightly when I got a quote, was having to pay via bank transfer due to risks of hiring a new company. However, since it is established business with very positive reviews I decided to go with it and do not regret it.

Should I need to hire waste disposal company in the future they will be my first call.

Had a pretty positive experience with this company. Much more reasonable pricing on waste removal than my previous broker. A very friendly and helpful employee called Alfie tried to help me get back some money from previous broker who had charged me for bin removal (even though the bin was not being removed). Fast communication from them too, I wasn't waiting days for a response.

We have used Divert a number of times for clearance and their service has been incredible. Great communication and a really friendly, efficient team. Special thanks to Jason who has been on every job for us and to Alfie in the office for quick communication and efficiency. Can't recommend them enough!

Great process from beginning to end. Alfie and Rachel did a great job with no headache. Alfie followed up to make sure that I was happy which was appreciated as most companies never follow up.

Needed to dispose of a bed and large mattress. From the initial enquiry to the collection was seamless. Great communication and guarantees that the item would be disposed of correctly. Competitively priced.
2 men came to collect having rung us to say when they would arrive. Very professional in moving the items and did not touch the walls on the staircase.

This was our second time using Divert, and the customer service has been very good. A special thanks historically to Teegan for her help with our first booking, and this time round Rowan and Alfie. We had to change dates for our service and both Rowan & Alfie were efficient and quick to respond to the issue and my queries. They liased with collection team, and solved the issue for us, great staff and service. Also the company used for our shredding was very good and the again the staff were polite and efficient, so we were very pleased. I would recommend divert as a company. A special thanks also to Alfie in following up after the service, to check that all had gone ok, we appreciated this.
