Currently going through one of the…
Currently going through one of the worst customer experiences of my life. As far as I know they have stolen hundreds of dollars from me.
Get a load of this dumpster fire of a series of events:
I order some shoes in 11.5
They send me 11s.
They ask me to prove it with photos. Ok. Then they say return them using the standard return procedure.
It costs $40aud to send them back. I have to demand that they pay for the return, at no point did they offer to do that. They say they'll refund me, give them the receipt for the post and my paypal address.
They dont offer to send what I ordered.
That was weeks ago. I have heard NOTHING about them receiving the item, my refund or being reimbursed for the postage.
Unbelievable. This is basic stuff which theyve made a complete dogs breakfast of.
Anyway it gets BETTER.
I decide to put that behind me and REORDER the shoes, even paying postage, even though they should have IMMEDIATELY sent my order upon learning they'd botched it.
So I reorder 11.5s............THEY SEND ME 11s AGAIN!!!!!!
Stay away from this company. They wont be in business long.

Parcel missing, no help from DirtBikeBitz
Ordered my alpinestars tech 7 boots. Dpd delivered and left them outside the front door, 2meters away from the main road/path. At the end of the day when I got back from work my parcel wasn’t there. Dpd has a picture where the parcel was left and that it’s visible and accessible to any pedestrian walking past. Unfortunately within 30 days DirtBikeBitz wasn’t able to sort nothing no new boots or refund. Saying the parcel was confirmed as delivered. I had to fill in missing parcel form. Form had more grammar mistakes than 7 years old essay.
They clearly don’t care about their customers and the customer service is horrible. There is a reason they were cheapest. I will not do the same mistake ordering from them again.
