I’m not happy that your company did not notice I still had the same insurance for a property and it still has 5 months left! I should of known my self but I thought it had expired and at first all I saw was my business insurance.

Direct and helpful
Being the first company to think of and satisfied with the easy to complete questionnaire even the premium seemed realistic so being happy with the cover given decided to go Direct Line. Hope my renewal is as competitive.

I tried to change my pass word it did not work. I contacted support the line and accent made it very hard to understand Gloria. I am now waiting for a call from tech support. very very disappointed and regretting taking out Direct line policy
