A fairly simple ferry booking process.
Easy to find ferries I needed and make reservations. One thing that would have simplified my search would have been a calendar showing on which days ferries do and do not run, rather than having to scroll through dates.
The cost jumped once I added lounge seating and facility to cancel without loss in case of emergency.
Overall, I was able to book three ferries in under an hour starting with no prior knowledge sailing times so I think that was good.
