Delayed order
Ordered a table that was in stock and it said that delivery time is 3-5 days, however never got anything back from the store. After two emails I got a reply that it’s not available and I have to wait another month.
After requesting changing my order I got no reply on that.

substandard service
1. The (pre-payed) lamp was not delivered on the date that could be chosen in advance.
2. The lamp was then falsely sent by PostNL to some Dimehouse storage
3. Nobody seemed to have noticed or cared until my request
4. A new delivery date was announced - nothing happened
5. Nobody noticed until my repeated request
6. Then, Dimehouse claimed due to a "misproduction", the lamp could not be delivered at all
7. I wonder when/if I'll get my money back

We're a bit surprised by this review. I do know the history of your order and we where dependent on the delivery of our supplier. At first the lamp was available at our supplier but after you sent us the order this wasn't the case anymore. After this we've communicated a new expecting date of the lamp, but this was postponed due to a misproduction. At last the supplier decided to not produce this lamp anymore because of all the problems.
We have credited your money already and you will receive it at the start of the next week! So, I don't know why you wonder if you'll get your money back at all. We have also communicated this to you via e-mail. We'll hope that you will understand that we really tried hard to deliver the lamp you wanted.

Bad comunication and delivery.
We finally get our chair after 1 week waiting. Get the tracking number that not even working. The CS not helpful either. Call them but no one answer. We should get our order last week Tuesday but nothing. First time Text them by whatsapp ask about the order and what they say its just "Unfortunately there is a delay and your package will be delivered a day later. We also indicate this in the webshop" without even get email on the first place about the delay. After waiting and asking again that the tracking number is still not working they say "the tracking should work tomorrow morning. If there are stil problems, please contact us again" but still nothing promise will send the next monday and will arrivé tuesday but still again nothing. After 3 times waiting for nothing without even get any information and again ask them by whatsapp about the order that not coming they say that they will resend Tuesday.
Hope this only happen to us.
