Good look bu low quality
Customer service is a bit difficult to reach, I couldn't find a phone number and had to try a couple of different methods, but they delivered my table on time, very fast. On the other hand, I bought an oak table, and the quality is very low, not like what it seems. In order to save wood, the wood plate is thinner on the back and 4 cm only on the sides. Moreover the overall quality is also pretty low. It looks nice but that's it.

The item was not what I expected
The item was not what I expected. I returned it back for a week and haven't recieved my money yet.
I am very angry at the treatment by Dimhouse. they don't answer my emails, don't reply to the phone and not even communicate in their WhatsApp account. I will never buy from them again.

The table arrived with small scratches…
The table arrived with small scratches but issue was fixed well. Later on started to appear spots, that it’s not possible to clean because are in the wood. Advice was to buy detergents to clean it. I am a little bit didsapointed.

Ordered on Monday. Tuesday they called to make an appointment for delivery and on Wednesday they delivered! Velvet sofa, feels amazing, colour is amazing. Haven't sit on it yet, but my guess is that it will be amazing aswell!

rip off store
The furniture they sell is not well manufactured, and bad quality and engineering, when you buy it you cannot know the quality issues they have from the manufacturing process. Only after some time in the house to can see the issue, usually a serious company would change the defected part, this place not. the wood is not properly aged and dry so after two months in the house they dry and shrink and change the shape of the cabinet, afterward no door and drawer could properly close anymore, when I wrote to them to complain they told me to sand the furniture, I think they know they have serious quality issues but they just don’t care to help you. The doors are so misshaped that they are open all the time so annoying to see, because the magnet inside the doors doesn’t work anymore because the two end doesn’t meet anymore, this is how misshapen it became. Never again I regret so much the purchase, if you don’t want to buy junk for your house avoid this store. Always be sure the wood is properly dried before use it to make furniture and Dimehouse just don’t i think they import these from south East Asia without any quality check before, the package I receive also have a lot of dirt. Wood can expand slightly due to the humidity in the room where the cabinet is located. You can optionally sand the door on the side so that it can close again.
THE PROBLEM IS IT BENT SO MUCH THAT IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO SAND
I think any wood maker would agree with me that this is a serious quality issue and not something a little diy sanding can solve, I used to sell furniture for a big company and this problem it's a quality issue that we would change for the client ( i used to work for a chinese company, they have a better customer service and quality than this dutch company)
