We are very sorry for any confusion or frustration cased. We do advise that different lighting can alter the view of a sofa. For example, the same sofa can appear different in warm light cool light and natural lighting.

Very positive experience
I had a really positive experience buying my new sofa. Thomas was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. He answered all my questions and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. If I ever buy another sofa I'll be straight back to see him!

Our visit to Dfs belfast

Sean from DFS made it worthwhile
Within minutes we were greeted by a customer service person. Sean was very helpful, friendly and made us feel comfortable and at ease. He explained all the necessary details in full and made everything so easy and fast. I would recommend seam for anyone going into DFS boucher as the go to man. Also got a free side table for our trouble as a gesture. More than happy with the service.
