I can honestly say that working with Dezrezlegal has restored my faith in working with solicitors (it sounds dramatic but it's true). I worked with Kate who provided constant, clear updates. Generally no complaints for when they were working on my case in 2022.

However, aftercare is poor as they just ignore your emails completely 🤷‍♂️. Tried to follow up a few times this year (2024) on the land registry status but Dezrezlegal just wouldn't respond. I'll try getting in touch again at some point...

We were recommended Dezrez by our estate agent as I didn't have a solicitor lined up to look after our sale and purchase. We had Victoria assigned to our case and she was friendly, polite and approachable throughout. I think I asked for an update once throughout the whole 7 month process as regular updates were always provided without being asked for! The online tool for seeing where the transactions were at were also really good for keeping up to date. I would 100% recommend Dezrez and will use them again in the future should the need arise, I honestly could rate them enough. I was recommended Dezrez by my estate agents and was a bit sceptical but went with their advise and was easily the best decision i could have made. They were knowledgable, helpful and patient, which they needed to be for me ! Could not recommend them enough

This is the second time we have used Dezrezlegal to sell our home. This time it was Victoria Evans that has handled our sale. She is excellent. Very approachable and professional. Also very responsive on both email and the telephone which is crucial for a firm that isn't local to us. The online portal is so easy to use and let's the vendor/buyer see exactly where the process is up to, allows you to upload and download documents, which is great for a swift transaction.
We are also using them for the purchase of our next project which Victoria has been pushing through because the vendors legal team seems less than efficient. Frustrating when Dezrezlegal is very efficient and works hard for its clients. The cost is also very competitive so we will use them again for our next sale.

Me and my partner bought our first house and Dezrezlegal have been incredible. It was scary to go through the process but they made it so simple to understand and broke it all down especially with the client portal, it made it so easy to know how far along we were, and now we are at the end. Cannot recommend them enough!
