I recently sold my late sister's property and Dezrezlegal provided the conveyancing service. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was allocated to Rachel Clark and both Rachel and her team were professional, friendly and approachable. The communications and information provided were very good and the online portal made it easy to track progress and upload documents etc. Although it was a straightforward sale, there were considerable delays caused by other parties lack of or inadequate responses and the team were tenacious and determined when progressing matters. I would thoroughly recommend Dezrezlegal for the efficient and effective service they provide. They made an experience that was complex and sometime quite emotional for me much more bearable.

It's always stressful selling a property and having a good Conveyancer is important . Communication for me is the most important thing and I must say the portal was very helpful and whenever I needed something or vica verca it would happen very quickly, no chasing or waiting.

Brilliant service
I highly recommend Dezrezlegal, my house purchase and sale has been stress free, I exchanged in 2 months and 2 weeks.
The online Portal keeps you up to date with progress of sale and purchase, any queries are answered same day by great staff, Kate Packer was great and all other members very helpful, if a staff member was off, another one stepped in, they work very hard and late to get all queries and documents dealt with in quick time .
I already recommend to my friend to use them when she moves house

Extremely unhappy with the service they have provided! Back in 2021 I was removed off a land Title registry after a a transfer of equity, signed the papers etc and it was done. It has now comff ref to my attention that I’m still on the land registry as a joint owner and now I’m unable to complete a purchase of a shared ownership property. Currently renting and have been served with an eviction notice so hand tk find somewhere to live asap as my landlord will take me to court. I can’t afford to rent anywhere and shared ownership was the most affordable. I have contacted the solicitor several times by phone and email expressing my dissatisfaction and had one initial email to say they had made an error and will sort it and it’s not been 10 weeks and they won’t respond to my emails of texts and I’m on the verge of being homeless!

I would highly recommend Dezrez Legal. From the beginning of our house moving journey, our solicitor - Victoria - was fantastic. Victoria demonstrated excellent communication, was personable and empathetic. The emails were always professional and informative and were done in a kind and respectful tone. Communication over the phone was the same. I’d absolutely use their services again. House move had proved stressful in places but I have to admit it was through the hard work of our solicitor that everything was much calmer and more efficient.
