Fake company. They advertise some lovely looking products but arrive as cheap, nasty rubbish. I haven’t even bothered trying to get a refund after reading the reviews.
AVOID!!! 😡

Absolutely terrible quality for the price and the cardigan I ordered is completely different from the picture. Avoid at all costs.
Having read the reviews and refund policy it's not even worth trying to return it.

Close down the company. There product is a disgrace and their refund policy a joke. The item I bought had not even a label fir the type of material nor wash instructions. It was nothing like As described.

Very disappointed to be honest. I bought a thermofly coat for my partner for Christmas. It arrived no problem, but the sizing is completely off, I ordered a large which is his size European and it was nowhere near a large. Threads hanging off the labels very messy finish for the price i paid. When I went to return, it was costing me £30 to return? How can you justify this? I accepted the fact I had to pay for shipping £10 £15 but £30? The company needs to change its return policy.

What a total rip-off. Ordered over 16 days ago, still no delivery. Tracking just says it's at an airport. Customer service is a total waste of skin. Keep sending standard replies saying delivery takes 6 to 10 days.... How bloody thick can they be? Its been over 16, so why keep fobbing me off with this crap.

The item was only just over £50, but this is the principle of it and how disrespectful these idiots are.

I have issued them a notice before action letter today, 7 days for a full refund, or I fill out the paperwork and file a claim at the small claim court.

Companies like this should not be in business, and both PayPal and debit cards should not allow these people to take payments.

Now you know why they do not accept credit cards, as if you pay with a credit card, you can do a chargeback.

Be warned, don't use or touch.

My lesson is to read reviews before using a company for the first time.

I just hope that my review will prevent people from getting scammed by these complete fraudsters.

This company should not trade or sell anything! Their products are absolutely horrible quality,100% do not buy from here,plus refunds are not a thing for them,they admitted to me the quality was poor and said maybe I could gift them as a present and offered a 20% refund! Wtf!!! Joke of a company

I had bought some coats and the arrived quite promptly (about 10 days after purchase). When they arrived I didn’t want them anymore and then I found out I had to pay to return them which would’ve cost me £50! However, I messaged the customer service team and they really helped me. Mae was amazing, she spoke to her manager multiple times about my situation in order to try and help me and offered me a 50% refund and I get to keep the coats which is amazing.

I purchased some shoes for an occasion - not realising they would come from China. I was doubtful if they would arrive on time and what they would be like. They did arrive on time and in the time window advised and I am really pleased with them.

This is the worst company have ever seen. Quality display online is far lower on what delivered to me with higher price. They are scammers. For your good, avoid buying from this company. I bought a trouser and a top for £89. The quality of what delivered doesn’t worth £30. Their return policy is harsh above all.

What a pile of rubbish. Please do not buy from this company. They are not Swedish, they’re Chinese. The Chinese authorities should close them down. I’ll never buy Chinese again!!!

Total rip off. We bought a jumper that supposedly large but was actually small. Tried to return but were told we have to pay for postage to China (which is more than cost of item). Have raised with credit card company. We shall see. Avoid this company. We’re one of many by looks of other comments.

Gets a star as the product turned up. Supposed to be sustainable wool. 100% polyester, smells odd, poor stitching, made in China, purports to be based in Sweden and even has a Swedish address which when I googled too late is a hair salon. Avoid! Have sent a message asking for a refund but don’t hold out much hope.

This company has no intention of improving because they get mugs like me falling into their trap. Item looks nothing like the advert. Described as 100% Merino Wool has never seen a sheep. Don't be taken in.

DO NOT, DO NOT Buy from Destiny Label. It is a scam. I was stupid to order from them, took 3 weeks to arrive. The jumper, looks nothing like the photo. The quality is awful, very poor, not even the right colour. Cost £39.00, stupid me, I should know better. But their website says they are in Denmark, just a cover up I am sure. Do not waste your money. Going to try and return, but not much faith I will get my money back.

similar experiences to those written before… Item arrived and completely wrong size and not matching the dimensions listed in their sizing guide… Despite this miss selling of an item, they’re refusing to cover the postage to China. Awful company! Do not use.

I bought a leather jacket from these guys, the quality was shockingly bad, size totally incorrect and not what was advertised. I have sent it back, at my expense, but the package is stuck at china customs for over a month, still awaiting a refund 2 months later.
Please avoid buying from this company, they appear legit but their products are not as advertised

Looks like they're registered in Sweden, but in reality deliveries and returns to be made to China. As per other reviews DO NOT BUY. Nowhere on their site to leave reviews - surprise, surprise! Ordered size XS but was huge - returned but no repayment to date. Trying to claim.

Worse company ever do not buy as they deliver the wrong goods and ask you to pay to return them. I would avoid this company straight away due to my experience with them

These shirts I ordered were supposed to be 2xl no chance more like medium your sizing is a joke .
When you look to return and all the conditions you
will never get your money back.

I bought a jacket which was coming away at the hem, so badly made it didn't even look like the photo, l paid for tracked return postage, return confirmed, still no refund and no replies to emails.
STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY and do NOT believe any reviews over one star, this is impossible!!!!
