Would give no stars if I could. Terrible company, based in china, selling absolute crap. Product looks nothing like the pictures, total rubbish, wish I'd checked here before buying.

I am truly shocked at the quality of the product that arrived. I ordered the Cassie jumper which on the website looks a lovely knitted jumper with knitted interior. What arrived was a very cheap nylon jumper with the image poorly printed on. NOTHING like the picture at all. I feel completely ripped off. DO NOT order from this website.
I have asked for a refund. I am waiting to hear from them. I hope they respond to me quickly. If they do, I will be honest and say so. I fear they won’t.

An update to the above review. I have been in touch with customer services and to be fair they have responded quickly. I am currently negotiating some sort of refund.

A further update. I did pursue a refund. Destiny initially said I could get a 100% refund if I returned the item to them with tracked postage to China. I told them I would not do this as tracked postage is too expensive and the item was not worth the postage.
After initially offering 25% I did negotiate them up to 50% and it has indeed arrived in my Bank.
Be persistent with Customer Services if you have already received your fake order.
If you haven’t ordered, please don’t, as it is a complete waste of money.

Reading the reviews -sadly just now, rather than before my purchase with this terrible company,I realise I've been scammed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE -as glossy as it looks online-it's all fake, and definitely a scam.
I ordered a Knitwear Hoody for £39.95,and have just received a really cheap looking polyester fake version through the post,which has no labels,no description,and no explanation why its not the lovely looking knitted version online. Also there were no labels/return notes with the delivery package.
I've gone online, and as with many of the below reviews,I see I have to return it to China-but have little hope of getting any money back.
How do we shut this Company down??

Nothing but really BAD fakes. SCAM!!!! This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade. It’s based in China and the photos are all untrue. You WILL NOT get what you purchased. DO NOT BUY from this scandalous site.

Awful company, the fact they get to trade is a disgrace. It seems like a fraudulent scheme. What I ordered then received couldn't have been more different. They then offered to give me a percentage of my fee back and pass the ridiculous, stupid looking, awfully made jacket into a charity shop.

It's probably going to be a pain to return but don't give up. This company is a sham.

I would prefer to give NO stars but I needed to report this dreadful purchase. How stupid was I to be conned by the lovely looking velvet shirt. It is in reality, when it arrived today, a truly nasty shiny piece of rubbish. Badly stitched and poor quality. Nothing like the photo. There is no return label or information of where it was sent from. How do I get to return this and get a refund for the rubbish sent ? Terrible product. Do not buy from this company as it is not cheap for that cheap product.

load of bollucks check the return policy, nothing you will be able to wear dont even bother.

The worst company I have ever ordered from. The products are inferior. They say it is easy to send back - It was - but they never cleared the parcel at customs, which is their responsibility, so there was absolutely nothing I could do. The don't answer emails. They still owe me £124, but won't acknowledge. USELESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would give zero stars, but there is no option to give less than 1. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute con! Order blue velvet blouse. What arrived was a vivid purple cheap fabric shirt. Absolutely awful item I would never have bought. Return is to China at huge cost. Do not buy from here!

Dress smells of cigarettes to high heaven. Not many blue but bright royal blue. Material looks cheap, more like a hostess gown than an elegant dress to wear on special occasions. Collar too wide and floppy. Sorry, I was really looking forward to something more sophisticated and elegant.

Awful clothing so poor you get better in primary so angry at the money spent. Returns are useless DO NOT BUY

My wife ordered 2 linen shirts in mid November 2024 as a Christmas Present for me and Destiny put the wrong Post code on the parcel so EVRi returned the order to the sender. After numerous e-mails where Destiny copied and pasted their original e-mail each time we still haven't received the order (30th December 2024).
Destiny really are an awful company, chancers and as many orthers have said "cowboys". We would also mention EVRi who have always been a disaster of a company with little to no updates on delivery times and as for tracking deliveries ,our delivery tracking is still showing "Your parcel is on it's way back to the sender".

This company is a disgrace - do not buy from them.
I ordered 2 items of clothing on 15th December to be given as Christmas presents but didn't receive a confirmation of the order so assumed that it hadn’t gone through and forgot about it in all the pre Christmas mayhem. It finally arrived today and I have been charged but the quality is terrible as per other reviews and garments smell of cigarettes. There is no delivery note or return instructions but guess what, when you look at their returns policy, you have to bear all costs of return - to somewhere in China. And they make it very clear that if the product doesn’t get there, that’s not their problem even if you have paid for tracked delivery. So it’s not worth paying all that money to return as I suspect that I won’t get the refund anyway. Can’t even sell on Vinted, the quality and smell is so bad. Spread the word, this business should be shut down.

What a con! Ordered a 'mens outdoor sweater' which appeared to be a cable knit thick jumper. Well what arrived was a nylon looking thin top with what I can only describe as a printed picture of a knitted jumper on it. It's an absolute joke! I'm in the process of contacting costumer services for a refund but reading the reviews I'm not holding out much hope.

The item you receive is nothing like the photo and their terms and conditions for return is a con. The item I received was unwearable with scissor marks and loose threads and shiny thin material instead of the photo of thick cotton hoodie. When trying to return the item they automatically insist that you keep it and get a discount on a new item. If you still insist on sending it the address is china and costs a fortune and it’s pot luck if they will actually acknowledge receipt. I have never seen such a poor quality item of clothing. Shocking and £39! Got a beautiful one from urban outfitters for much less instead
