Very poor quality. Returns are to China at buyers expense. Too costly to return.
Don’t bother buying from this supplier.

Made an order, saw the bad reviews and decided to cancel a few hours later, so I emailed two accounts saying I want to cancel on 05/12/2024. Still haven’t heard anything back on 12/12/2024, starting a chargeback tomorrow

I ordered a hoodie from Destiny the picture advertised was a good quality well made hoodie with thick material from Sweden costing £40.. What I received was a poorly made item with very thin fire hazard material and different colour shading From China worth about £2. Destiny have clearly taken the original image and made extremely poor copies , Like others if only I had realised this company is scanning people before ordering , I feel so angry and disappointed as this was a Christmas present but will go in the bin.

Do not deal with this company
The items are poor quality poor fitting then when they are not even close to fitting, also I paid for next day delivery and they arrived 8 days late then they offered me a 25% refund even though they will never fit as the jean underside is halfway down the leg
If you do buy then use PayPal I guarantee you’ll need them

1 star is too good for these cowboys.
Stupidly I purchased what I thought was a men’s leather look aviator jacket.
When it finally arrived after nearly 3 weeks it turned out to be a huge piece of thin cloth more like a thin shirt … it was laughable tbh.
After contacting them numerous times they were intent on offering me a 25% discount / refund …. Then after I sent a ‘too the point’ email they offered me a 25% discount … absolute clowns, asked 4 times for the returns information but they haven’t sent it.
I’m now waiting on my credit card company to step in and try and get my money back … no wonder these cowboys don’t allow you to use PayPal.
Avoid this site as you’ll probably lose your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered a blouse last week and got an email the next day to say they were out of stock and my order was cancelled they took the money out of my account and are refusing to answer my emails for a refund.
So come Monday morning I'll be starting a chargeback with the bank please do not order from these people.

Horrible products. Terrible cheap fabric they don’t fit any where, straight to the charity shop I don’t want them as a reminder of my foolishness, but they weren’t cheap and the photos were amazing . All lies !!!!

Like everyone else wish I’d read the reviews 1st, £60 jacket!! I,d have been better off in a charity shop, junk site,avoid!!!!!

Please do not buy from this label. The clothes are made badly and are very cheap looking. The packaging screws them all up and makes them look even worse.
It seems impossible to send a return. There is no address I can find to send them to. I wasted over £250.00.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I really wish I’d looked up these reviews before I was conned out of £40 for a cardigan. It looked amazing on the website, I can’t believe I fell for it!
They ask you to send photos and cover the cost of the tracked return to China, the they offer you 25% refund to keep the item! Having read these reviews I won’t bother to send it back as I will be another £20 out of pocket. I hope this helps somebody avoid this disappointment when Christmas shopping!

Unfortunately, I’m unable to leave zero stars. The product I ordered is such poor quality that I would have laughed if I hadn’t spent £50 buying it.

I ordered a sparkly, red top in size Large (after having consulted the size guide) - the fabric is cheap, rough like sandpaper and is not sparkly at all. It is so small that it does not fit my 9 year old child.

Do not buy anything from this company!!!

I wouldn’t even provide one star if I didn’t have to. This company are a complete scam! I ordered several items in good faith only to be appalled by the quality. It’s only then I realised the returns had to be sent to China at my cost. Still, I followed the process and THREE months later they still haven’t refunded my money. What’s more they have stopped responding to emails. Disgusting.

They deserve an award for producing a photograph that made the cardigan I bought look as good as it did on their site. Advertised at £80 but reduced to £37.50. Not worth half of the reduced price. Cheep looking rubbish and if I wish to return I need to pay nearly £18 to return to China - I wouldn't trust returning it without a signature because if they can con with the photo and quality of product, I wouldn't trust them to honour a return if they could avoid it. Very dissappointed.

1.products are inaccurately advertised
2. Quality of items is exceedingly poor and does not match the description or images
3. Delivery is AWFUL, payed extra for prioritised shipping yet the package came in 3 weeks
4. Customer service is appalling, ignoring emails about an order and not willing to collaborate contacting the Chinese postal service for receiving their horrible quality items and for me to get my refund back
5. It has currently taken 3 months and pending for me to receive my money back, proof of postage- image, receipt yet no refund
6. Emotional distress caused. Payed £200 for dresses and clearly the company does not sympathise with me losing money due to their incompetence.

This company is a complete con / rip off merchant that should be prosecuted and closed down.
Don’t believe what you see or read in the advertising. There products are shameful and they make returns near on impossible and expensive.

I ordered what was described as a cashmere style jumper for my husband for Christmas. The picture on the website showed a thick woolley jumper. What arrived is a shiny long sleeved t shirt. It is disgusting. I have contacted them and they are making it very difficult to return it. I should have checked out the reviews before ordering. We live and learn!!!

This dress has a polished look, making it perfect for meetings. It’s fitted without being restrictive, and the fabric doesn’t wrinkle easily. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments at work. The only issue is it runs a little long for shorter people like me.

After reading the reviews I actually feel grateful that I only lost £35! Which is crazy...

BEWARE: I was LOOKING at shoes BUT DID NOT press 'purchase' and yet I got an email to say thanks for purchasing! (Interestingly the address that shows as the payment address is not my current address and has not been for 2 years! I updated my card ages ago so the payment should have been rejected based on that info). Anyway, I responded within 10 mins of getting their email to cancel the order but heard nothing. The shoes arrived 3 weeks later and I just found out i have to return them to China - at my own cost! I thought this was a Swedish company! BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS
