I would give this company NO stars impossible to send back after waiting weeks for jumper to arrive from China costs so much to send back do not use this company DO NOT USE

Poor quality material, item was different to what was advertised on their website. the return was to china and is stuck in customs as other people have mentioned

Ordered 3 items, one dress and two identical tops (just different colours). Didn't do my research first - dress huge, tops - one fits, one doesn't - came complete with Chinese packing labels. Poorly finished with loose bits of cotton everywhere - scared to cut them off incase they fall apart
Too expensive to post back to China and not sure whether refund would be forthcoming. Will put it down to experience and donate to charity shop. Avoid this site at all costs.

Do not order from these I ordered a dress it wasnt worth the price atall made of cheap material. It cost me 61 pounds for the dress i sent it back which cost £15 for ahipping and they wont give me my money back. They suggested gifting it to somone else or recycling it rather than them refunding me. please dont order nothin off them

Appalling fraudulent company Do not use!!
I ordered a cosy looking hooded jumper.
The item I received was made from very thin poor quality fabric no knitting or wool involved!
Customer service so far have offered 25% refund!! Only if they receive the item which you have to post to China At approx £20 cost!!!
Do not order from this company you will not get what you ordered just a cheap bad imitation!!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a cardigan back in September 2024 and have been trying to get a refund ever since! The quality of the cardigan received was awful - nothing like the photos on their website. The company make it near impossible to return the item and get a refund. I had to liaise several times with their customer service team to get a return form and then send the item to an address in China with proof of postage (around £20). The item is stuck in Chinese customs and the company won't issue a refund until they receive the item into their warehouse in China. Awful service. If you order something and don't like it and want to return it, don't expect to see any of your money refunded.

I don’t recommend buying from this company. I bought two expensive tops costing over £35 each and the fabric and stitching was of very poor quality. The tops didn’t bear the destiny label and they looked like they had been bought from a market stall. I requested a full refund and didn’t think it was reasonable for the company to expect the customer to bear the return postage costs back to China on the basis that the tops were of poor quality and didn’t appear to be authentic. After 4 weeks of Going back and forth with customer services and each time only being offered a refund for the fraction of what I had originally paid I decided to escalate it to PayPal. They handled the case and within a week I was given a 100% refund. Thank you PayPal. I would therefore not recommend anyone buy from this company. I wish I had looked at the reviews before i placed my order which would have saved me so much time and inconvenience but am grateful that PayPal got my money back. The items are being donated to charity as they are no good to me.

Item that arrived was a cheap fake version of what was ordered, nothing like the pictures. The company isn’t even from Sweden, it’s from china making a return expensive.
I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER. Complete CON!

I had to score 1 star as that is the only way I can write this review. If only I had read reviews on here before ordering 2 jumpsuits in November for £102 which arrived looking nothing like the photos, Cheap, thin shabby material. I returned the parcel on Dec 11th for £28 and after tracking the parcel arrived in China on 19thDec. It is still in customs awaiting clearance a month later and after daily emails to destiny label I get fobbed off and my questions regarding clearance etc unanswered. This is a SCAM company. I am now going to report to my credit card company. These people need closing down and their fraudulent website removing from the internet to save loss of money and upset to other people.

Please avoid at all cost. Ordered a colourful wooly coat, they sent a coat with dull colours, not even sure what the material is. They offered a 25%, then a 35% refund offer. They want me to return the coat all the way to China at my cost. After seeing reviews, I will be speaking to my credit card provider to report as fraud. So so disappointing and disgusting!

This company is a scam...ordered three shirts but foolishly didn't read the reviews before placing order. Having read reviews tried to cancel order for to receive a reply saying order was still being processed. Again sent an email requesting order to then receive a reply saying order had been despatched and couldn't be cancelled. They don't give any delivery time. When order did arrive it was not as advertised. The shirts were poorly designed and made befitting a first term fashion assignment from the 1970s. This company is Chinese and like other similar websites hide behind European PO Box addresses to give a false impression. Another pointer is to look at anything that is prefixed with a name such a Charlie Shirt or Levi Jumper. Once again avoid avoid avoid

BEWARE! I feel I have been conned. I ordered a ‘Prestige WOOL coat’
After waiting weeks for it to arrive, I’m livid! There isn’t an ounce of wool in it. The inside label says 95% Polyester 5% cotton. It’s been hung up since delivery and still looks like a creased thin rag. How to return? …. Emails to ‘Mae’ re a return have been pinging back and forth and I’ve now received the standard email offering me an immediate 25% refund which will reduce my environmental footprint and Marko Cheung in Guangzhoo China laughs all the way to his bank.
I feel like logging it with trading standards. We should all complain to them but I fear this shower will just change the ‘Destiny’ name and re-advertise using the same photos. Why I thought the coat was coming from Europe 🤷‍♀️

This is the most terrible company I have ever brought anything from in my life.
The 2x jumpers I ordered were not what I recieve after a 2 week delivery wait. It was totally disgusting what I received yesterday & I wouldn't even use these things to clean my garage floor they were so disgusting!
On trying to obtain a refund from this farcical company & exchanging many message. I was offered a partial refund of 25% & then 35%. I then gave up & reported the situation to my bank as a fraudulent activity. I would recommend others to do the same!

I would prefer 0 rating as the item received looked nothing like item advertised I am so sorry l did not reading the reviews. I am waiting to get a refund for the item and I am disgusted with the18.00 refund fee.
Please don’t make the same mistake and order anything from this company

Terrible quality product that looks nothing like what is advertised on their website - cheap, nylon, shiny, badly made and poorly sized.
Returns are only possible to China at about £18 for a small item.
Customer service is terrible, they just send the same emails over again. Do not give Destiny Label your business.

Do not go anywhere near this company. Using false advertising with pictures taken from other websites and products are shockingly bad. They do everything they can to avoid refunding and expect you to pay for shipping back to China!

After reading about this company’s bad reviews.I have say the cardigan I ordered, took along time to arrive but when it arrived I was really pleased with it,the fit warmth and colour were perfect.
