As per other customers. Please do not use. Poor quality and refunds do not happen as the return gets stuck in China. You have to scroll to the very bottom of the returns page to see it actually goes to a warehouse in China. It will not get through customs.

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose it. Bought a green coat. Took ages to arrive. Was basically a fleece blanket with arms. The worst quality I have ever seen!!! So poor that I didn’t even feel I could take it to a charity shop. Having read the reviews there was no paying £20 to return it to China. Do not buy!!!!

Ordered a jacket, arrived nothing like the photo, poor quality, not as advertised, bigger not sculptured like photo, different colour, no pockets just flaps, disputed with Amex but as like other people they said they would give me a 100% refund but I would have to pay for shipping, thankfully I didn’t pay that as well as I would have been out of pocket by £20 ish sending it back to China, as well! Amex said the merchant acted in accordance with Return policy, so they wouldn’t give me my money back, they don’t look at reviews as I pointed out 62% 1 star negative feedback (but most people wouldn’t have even given them that. I would have never dealt with them if I knew everything was coming direct from China. I got the emails saying they would refund 35 or 40% too. I wanted them to send a free return label but they wouldn’t do that. I am going to take it up with International Consumer (UKICC) as they should be struck off, so this SCAM NEED TO STOPPED, THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RIP ANYMORE PEOPLE OFF.

Really wish I’d read the reviews for this company, its a scam, in which I’m just another victim and shall have to put it down to experience, so sad these people can’t put there intelligence into creating a genuine company

Horrendous experience !
I brought a stripped linen shirt …the shirt that arrived was synthetic with a zig zag pattern . My credit card was processed in Sweden but the company is Chinese . They offer refund when returned.. but I have now paid £10 to return and it is being held in customs in china …. They were very communicative at first saying I could have a full refund when returned .. I sent evidence of return and tracking … now they have stopped communicating !!!

Absolutely appalling company. Ordered a dress in October. Wanted to return contacted straight away. They finally sent returns label in December sent parcel back costing £22 to return and to this day I have still not had a refund. Message on the page is still in customs waiting. Destiny keep saying they can't refund until item is in the warehouse even though I have proof of return

Order delivered on 14th November 24. From the size of package I initially thought the order must be wrong. It was an A5 size package and I had ordered a £60 dress. When I opened it up it was the poorest quality and resembled a duster. I immediately contacted Destiny Label in order to make a return. After several emails back and forth I returned the item to China at my cost via EVRI. That was 29th November. The package arrived with customs in Shanghai on 21st December and since then has been stuck in customs and the reason given by the local shipping company is "awaiting payment from recipient". Destiny say there is nothing they can do.

Do not order from this company. The item received was not as advertised I returned the item costing £25 in August and today (February) I received the goods , totally perplexed .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
The company address is in Sweden, hence I assumed the quality of the hoodies would be good. However, upon arrival the quality was dreadful, both the material and the finish. The goods were made and sent from China and when I returned the items (to China) paying the postage, they have now been in the "customs clearance" for 30 days. I think the return policy is a scam and the entire operation is at a minimum misleading if not dishonest.

Abserlute rubbish. I ordered 3 items totalling over £100.00. Only two items came and both were nothing like what was advertised, extremely poor material, a dress I ordered was not even turned up, just raw edging.
I had no idea that the items were from
China. I have complained 3 times now and after sending photos that they insisted upon they have offered me £7.99 refund.
I of course have wrote back again but no reply as yet.
I could go on and on and on. But the best advice I can give is KEEP WELL AWAY. Avoid them like the plague .
Rubbish, disgusting, scam artists, robbers, con men and women.

Please don’t buy from this company as the quality of their clothes are horrendous. I tried to get a refund but they wanted me to pay to send it back to china for a 3O% refund. I complained to PayPal, but never got my money back.

My order of a wool & cashmere cardigan arrived with four defects & contains no wool as advertised in the description on the website.

When I bought it, the description was wool & cashmere.

In the last few days, since I started to try & process the return, the page has changed wool-like & cashmere-like.

I filled in their online form twice but received no reply, so contacted them directly via the website. Their response was to ask for photos. I immediately sent photos, showing all the defects. Their response was to offer to pay for 25% & I keep the item. I replied that I would not wear it & they replied 35%, my response was no, so they wrote that to receive a 100% refund, I would have to pay all shipping costs (back to China).

In my retail experience, if an item is a) faulty & b) not as advertised, the vendor will pay the costs, particularly with photographic evidence. There are also no labels on the inside of the cardigan to show fabric (for obvious reasons) or washing instructions.

After over 30 emails I eventually had to accept 50% refund.

If I could give no star I would. Posing as a Swedish company, the actual products come direct from China and the T shirt was nothing like advertised, cheap material, shoddy finish and not a label of any description (size, brand or care details) in sight! An exchange of emails followed and I completed the (complicated) return details and, when tracking showed the parcel had been delivered, queried why I had not received my refund. Silence - no reply to emails! Contacted my bank’s fraud department who followed up - 24 hours later the refund was in my account. Still out of pocket for the return but have learnt my lesson - when in doubt check Trustpilot reviews first!!!

SCAMMERS, DON'T BELIEVE THE 30 DAY RETURN REFUND POLICY, THEY WILL NEVER GET THE RETURN SO YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND!

Wish I had checked on Trustpilot before purchasing the item! Like previous comments the photos are misleading, instead of a loose blouse i received pretty much a fitted one for a smaller person!
Also it gives an address in Sweden, not in China.

Would give zero if possible. The picture of the jacket i bought looked warm and fluffy and lovely... it arrived damaged and nothing like the photo...thin with the fluff falling off with every movement.... sent pictures and they will refund but I have to pay postage back to China so it was not worth it...

Honestly awful company. did not know as it didn’t mention anywhere on their website that they are based in China! I ordered 3 sweaters for my husband and it looks so warm and cosy in the pics. Real life- my cleaning cloths will keep him warmer than this! Took ages to arrive and the quality is beyond poor. After much back and forth with the company, they said they would offer a 35% discount which is not good enough, considering I paid a ridiculous amount for poor quality clothing. Costs over £20 to post back to China which isn’t worth it. DO NOT buy from here. I’m going to dispute this with my bank as I have been completely misled.

This company are terrible the clothing is so poor and items impossible to return back to china without a lot of expensive i tried to send some shirts back tracked on global priority with parcel force ticket the box for return and gave a value and description of items still stuck at customs in china as the Chinese supplier won’t contact customs to get the parcel delivered complete set of crooks and working an angle the shirts were worth about £2 in quality terms know-one could were the clothes some had dirty marks and stains on avoid at all costs

Bought a 5xl coat when it arrived, although labelled 5xl it was very small and might fit a child. At the time of ordering I didn’t read the returns policy and it goes back to China at your expense. The cost of this being £20. I will take the hit on this item and donate to charity.This company is not even worth the one star.
