I ordered from Destiny

I ordered from Destiny, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The items I received were much larger than shown in the pictures on their website, and the quality of the products was subpar. The quotes, in particular, were poorly made and felt cheap.

I contacted customer support, and while they did reship my order after a long wait, the replacement items were just as bad. I’ve asked for a refund, but I’m still waiting for a resolution.

I cannot recommend this store based on my experience with both the product quality and customer service.

Fraud Company & Fake Products

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

As many have said in the reviews this company is fake. The website suggests that its from Sweden but in fact its shipped from China.

I ordered what i thought was a grey Capo Jacket (I have a black one already). It took 17 days to arrive after beings shipped from China.

What arrived is a joke. A completely poor imitation. Horrible material, poorly made, poorly sized, already threads are coming lose, not branded (obviously). I feel it would go up in flames if it went within 100ft of a fire.

Like many got sucked in to the good price but i forgot my own belief that if its too good to be true it probably is and this is true. Would give it 0 stars if this website would let me. Honestly avoid!

Requested full refund. Paid through paypal so hopefully have some protection.

Purchased a fleece jacket from Destiny

Purchased a fleece jacket from Destiny, who say they are in Sweden ! (when, in fact, the clothing is manufactured and shipped from China)
3 weeks later I received an item that was of terrible quality, NOT a proper fleece, extremely poor finish to hems and seams and although I ordered their 5XL would not even fit my 13 year old Grandchild.
To cut a long story short - 3 months later, having had to pay to return it to China - No refund ! I am now out of pocket for the original cost and the return postage which was half as much again. Be advised - DO NOT deal with this company.

Do not order anything from this…

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered what looked like a chunky mens sweatshirt, when it eventually arrived it was a nylon fake with a huge piece of materials actually cut out of the waistband. Tried to get a refund- gave up in the end. Absolutely appalling how they can get away with it.

Destiny Label - Avoid

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ‘COMPANY’ (have my doubts as to how legit they are).

Wish I had seen the Trustpilot reviews page before ordering from them.

I ordered (Friday 7th March) a black coat, to wear to my father’s funeral (12th March) with the added extra fee for “””express delivery””” to ensure it would arrive in plenty of time.

OMG, what an appalling company they are. They’ve taken my money but I have still not received the coat. (13th March)

Due to the delay, and now (obviously) no longer needing it as my father has been cremated, I requested the full refund (including the extra fee for ‘express’ delivery).
Still nothing…

AVOID THIS SHAM “company”
(They are not worthy of my ONE STAR. Wish there was a system to add
minus-stars - they’d receive the maximum from me).

SCAM. SHOCKING SERVICE

Been going on for 3 months now. Website didn't clearly state they were based in china. So when I finally got item the quality was so poor I decided to return it. I paid £20 through Evri to do this but the item is still in customs in china. I feel so stupid and taken advantage of..in all my 30 years of shopping never experienced this..please do not be fooled

£22.00 to return a horrid cardigan to china beginning January no refund even though tracking shows received and signed for
They are now saying take it up with your courier even though they have admitted receipt of garment
Never ever buy from these con merchants
They are thieves and liars and should not be allowed to trade they are also based in Sweden same name??? Is this allowed

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! EVER!

I bought a man's tracksuit for my nephew for Christmas, what I received was a child's tracksuit of very poor quality. It came late, and they offered me a 25% refund or I needed to return it, using a track and trace postal system back to China, costing about £50, and the refund wasn't guaranteed even if I sent it back. I contacted my bank and after a while they agreed to challenge the company. I got a full refund and didn't have to return it. It will go in the bin as I wouldn't give the tracksuit to my worst enemy. This company has nothing but bad reviews and the only way they will stop is if we, the customers, fight them. Go to your bank like I did. They challenged the company and I was compensated.

Received full refund £55. I bought what, on the basis of the photos on the company's website, was supposed to be a beautiful Women's Cotton and Linen Casual Top I also bought Shorts in the same style - for the hot days during my South Asian holidays!!! I didn't check the details at all - I thought I was buying from Sweden and I had an amazing experiences prior to this buying the skiing and other winter clothes genuine Swedish on-line retalers. So obviously totally disappointed - what arrived was nothing like in the photos - very substandard quality and the shorts were making my bum looking at least three times the true size! I only realised I was conned when I read the return requirements and they asked to return to China!!! I had products delivered on 23 January 2025. Naively I emailed them twice asking to give me return address in Sweden arguing I will not be returning to China because of the postage costs! I e-mailed on 24 Jan and again 28 Jan. No reply at all. I decided to return the product and once delivered and no refund was planning to approach my credit card for a refund. Paid £23 for return track and trace to China and on the day I posted my return I emailed Marko Cheung with the details of my track and trace number asking for an immediate full refund when they receive my package. I had a first reply from Destiny Label saying they have to wait for the parcel first before can refund. I traced the package - on the UK and Chinese Post Office site. I posted my parcel on 1 February - it was delivered on 18 Feb, I immediately emailed Marko Cheung right away saying I am expecting an immediate refund immediately. They confirmed that the request was sent to a warehouse to verify etc etc and on 21 Feb they emailed me confirming the full refund! I was really shocked that they paid me back. I think the reason might be that I bought the smallest size possible and both items I bought were much too big so they could not send me anything smaller. I am giving two stars just to acknowledge that I did received quite a few emails after they got my parcel informing me what was happening and also send me confirmation email that full refund £55 was issued. I paid £23 for return track and trace. Never mind - lesson learned and today I was just about to buy the most amazing real wood wall mounted display unit. Looked spectacularly amazing but guess what - the first thing I did was to go and read the returns requirements !!! My heart sunk when I read the same mantra -- RETURN TO CHINA ONLY BUYER PAYS FOR FULL RETURN....... Would not touch with a barge poll - Lesson learned! Please please please before you buy anything first go and read THE RETURNS REQUIREMENT -- there you should see if it is a Chinees con!

Please please do not use this company…

Please please do not use this company they contravene trading standards
An item being sold as a cotton linen dress is actually rayon
They charge you £20 to return any item to China although their address states Sweden
Go and look somewhere else you WILL be disappointed and out of pocket!

Go via bank for refund

I used this company The item did not match what was advertised. Customer service appalling and expected me to post it back to China They tried to bribe me with partial refund which I rejected.

Proceeded to get full money back via
bank/credit card. It took a few weeks but great outcome. Cut up the cheap horrid garment for cloths.

Avoid these people like the Plague!

My goods have taken 41 days to arrive and despite me telling the “Help” desk that I did not want the goods if they arrived after 5 February at the latest, and please just refund me, they have consistently ignored me and sent the same infuriating message about “Your parcel is on its way, here’s the tracking information”. And only when I made a complaint to PayPal did a real Tracking advice arrive, but still no refund. I am stuck in a loop of doom with them - dreadful. I have diverted the parcel to a ParcelShop as I don’t want it and the courier does not do returns to them (surprise, surprise). I fear they will then charge me to return it and it will never turn up! So they will have my money and the goods - after nearly 6 weeks! Unprofessional at best - Con artists at worst.
UPDATE: PayPal paid me back 100% of my money after I raised a complaint with them. I have no doubt that the company would not have paid me 100% if PayPal weren’t involved - so pay through a bigger platform if possible with these cowboys.
I also informed Stella McCartney Company that they were using her name for their counterfeit goods, and they said that they would look into it.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs.

Bought two tops. Both completely oversized. They won’t return as their fault at their cost. Would have cost £25 to return. They agreed to refund 50% however only received 25% and now they ignore my emails.

Reporting to Trading Standards Office

I have purchased two dresses that were both faulty, although this has not been disputed by Destiny Label, the best offers I have received were either 50% off, 100% Credit Voucher or 100% refund if I pay the return postage to China. As this is illegal according to the Consumer Credit Act 2015, I am reporting the company to the Trading Standards Office.

If I could give no stars I would

Last October I bought 2 blouses from Destiny for £70 not realising they were based in China. V poor quality would fit a child. Said I wanted to return - they offered 50% refund back and keep blouses. I said I wanted my money back and would return them - which cost me £20. I have emailed them many times - had replies but NO REFUND. I have lost £90!

It's all a con don't buy from these…

It's all a con don't buy from these shite, I received my 2 items that was disgrace and not even same product so even paid £22 to send them back and they have blocked me and even on all sites so can't tell no one about them so ended up losing £85. Wish I looked at reviews before I ordered. Also I ordered from the company which says Sweden but then have to return it to China which is dodgy on its own the scum.

It took 2 months to send me a flimsy poor quality product that has little resemblance to the product shown in picture.

I guess i got taken in by the lowish price. But it is not good value, poor fitting and very thin material.
