Like previous reviewers have written, do not buy from this company. Bought two items from them what I received were unsatisfactory items worth a fraction of the price paid. Sent them back to China for refund, they claimed they hadn’t received them even though tracking shows they did. Refuse to answer or respond to emails. What I don’t understand is how China can allow such a despicable company to exist, as it is reliant on its reputation to countries that it exports to.

Scamming arseĥole, send you crap quality clothing, then when you send it back, last you'll see of what you sent back and your money, they just give you lies saying its pending authorisation from customs,steer well clear of this website.

Ordered a dress and the quality was shocking so asked for a return. PAID postage for return and tracking for them to never pick it up from customs and reject the package and now they won't refund me anything but store credit because they "haven't received the items" which is their own fault. I've been requesting a refund for A YEAR.

Horrible scam, avoid.

I bought a jumper last year Nov 2024..received it in Dec2024 but it was too small..i returned it almost immediately for a refund.. but till today 4th May 2025 no one has replied to my emails or refunded me.. i will NOT recommend this company to anyone..

This is a scam I ordered a dress from here in September 2024 it came a month later and it was ripped and the stitching was not on this properly so I sent it back the same month (September) it took 8 months for this to get to china I was constantly emailing them they kept on telling me they haven’t received the dress yet then today 8 months later I received a parcel at my door with lots of china stamps on it so they lied about not having my parcel for so so long whilst having the dress at the place wherever they are based in china I originally paid £90 for the dress then I also paid £22.40 for this to be sent back whilst they knew they didn’t accept the returns at first they said the wasn’t going to give me any money back then they decided they were going to give me it back even know they definitely never I soon later realised that they copyrighted this dress from SHEIN for £16.04 don’t waste any money on this website it’s absolutely disgusting I’ve got traded standards involved and they will be in-touch with the owners of this company very soon.

Needed to refine an item as it was not as prescribed. Had to send the item to China costing me £22 and they still refused to refund me and sent the package back return to sender as it was refused. Such a total joke as is the crap they sell.
Still waiting for £66 refund!!

This company is a SCAM I received an item after waiting several weeks the quality was so poor I was embarrassed the return address was in china I tracked my return costing me £22 and then got no response from the company and my parcel is with a holding company
I gave up feeling upset I had been scammed but have moved forward no longer buying on line unless it is a well known company

Please, please do not buy from this company. My experience: 1) I only received the goods after complaining fir delayed delivery. I as given 15% credit. Then i thought, that is ok it happens. Then I ordered another product. I am in shock the quality is so p😡😡r, they do not offer return policy, so I need to pay to return the goods, then receive the refund. So I rather not have contact or buy from them again. Please be alert.

BEWARE - Ostensibly a Swedish company, but the address for returns is in China. I returned an unsuitable item and paid for international tracking. I received an initial reasonable response from the company having submitted the returns proforma. However, communication quickly dried up and ongoing tracking showed that the item remained with Customs in the return city. This situation persisted for over a month, and the prevailing response from Destiny was always that they could not send a refund until they had inspected the item. It became clear that they had introduced some form of block to prevent the item being forwarded from Customs, and hence preventing it from being inspected.

I am pleased to say that my bank could not have been more responsive and managed to recover the cost of the item. However, I had still to bear the cost of the international tracking.

Absolutely DON'T DON'T DON'T EVER EVER EVER deal with this so-called company. It is a scam and they are devious, smooth-talking liars and robbers. The clothes on their online catalogue look great but you get total rubbish when you order. They then encourage you to send the garment to China in lieu of a refund. If you keep demanding satisfaction they offer you 40% of the price you have paid - in my case it never arrived. Read other reviews please. You will be horrified.

Don't have anything to do with this company. I'm embarrassed I got scammed by them. The return address is in China and they won't accept any other place of return! I'm normally careful buying online but I was in a rush and I ordered a raincoat, described as 'Robust Mackintosh with hood'. I paid £44 for it plus fast delivery and it took over three weeks to arrive. Ordered 21/3 delivered 17/4). It weighs 260g (that's half a packet of spaghetti) which gives you an idea of how 'robust' it is. It's probably worth about £3. I have raised a dispute on my credit card and am looking where else to go to complain. I did look up the About Us description of the company which appears to be a work of complete fiction and has a Swedish address attached. At first sight it seemed fairly legitimate and it fooled me. I also looked at their Refunds Policy but didn't look at the refund form where I would have seen the address. No stars at all. Never again. TRUSTPILOT look into these ‘positive’ reviews. The names aren’t right. I think they are mostly fake.

Poor quality goods which arrived after 2 months. Based in China not EU as per website. AVOID.
Did manage to get a full refund.

Really hate leaving a negative review but this company has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Emailed numerous times and they did get back to me but I waited over 3 weeks until it was dispatched WHY? So now it still hasn’t arrived after another 2 weeks later. The reason I gave 2 stars was for replying to email

Spent £81 on two items but when they arrived the quality was awful. I contacted them and they offered 25% discount same as others if I kept them. I responded by asking to return but they said I would have to pay tracked return which was understandable. However what was not clear was I had to return to China! That cost me £25. Tracking shows they accepted the parcel back and they conversed a bit at first but now they won’t speak to me via email at all! SCAM. It’s now 2+months. Stay well clear

Avoid at all costs - this is a scam company.

I ordered 2 items and they sent the wrong items. When I requested a return, they pushed for me to take a 25% discount when I had made it clear I didn’t want the items.

The items themselves were also absolutely abysmal in terms of quality, even if they had been correct I would return.

I then returned the goods and they didn’t release the parcel from customs (purposely - so I couldn’t prove delivery). When challenged on this, they started ignoring all communication.

This is clearly their playbook as several reviews have reported the exact same behaviour.

This company is simply a scam operation. So unless you want to get stolen from, avoid these fraudsters at all costs.

BEWARE - Does not deserve any stars...Easier to just burn some cash

1) This company is not London based as suggested by their website and any returns are at your expense to China.
2) My item was of poor quality
3) Eventually they did give me return details and instructions BUT did not suggest i need to pay customs tax or take responsibility for doing so themselves. I am guessing that is why my parcel has remained with customs since January and i have therefore not been refunded. I have emailed Destiny who provided no help. The courier who provided no help and Chinese customs who failed to respond. Don't waste your time or money.

Why are Trustpilot allowing this company to have ‘redirected’ 5 star reviews ? Obviously fake. Have they checked the fact that this company purport to be Swedish when they are a totally Chinese scam company from whom one cannot get any refunds or return items?
I am mystified.

IGNORE the fake 5* reviews: each one is written by a fake person that has only ever written 1 review on Trustpilot! Flag the fake reviews to Trustpilot so they get taken down!

My mother bought two coats taking advantage of the discounted sale price, thinking the company was based in the EU. They are not. This is a Chinese scam company sending out sub standard products and not issuing refunds that they are legally bound to do under the Consumer Goods Act. They make you pay exorbitant return charges if you want a refund, or offer insulting % refunds if you keep the goods.

Do not fall victim to them. If you have: get a refund through your credit card's fraud department.

The goods they sell are available on Temu or Ali express for £3ish and the quality is beyond bad. They are unwearable. 100% polyester but feel more like a cleaning cloth. No lining. Cheap white plastic buttons. No shape. And some coats even have hoods that aren't pictured. Avoid like the plague.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM.
I ordered a coat and the quality was a joke the picture of the coat was nothing like what was delivered then realised after a bit of research that this picture was copied off another company”s website. You will not get your money back.

Like most people have said, the company looks like its based in Sweden when in fact its coming from China.

Order 2 pairs of tracksuit bottoms for the gym on 26/01. The website said they would be sent on 10/02 due to demand. Thats fair enough. Chased them up when I hadn't heard anything by the 20/02. The responded saying they would look into it and then on the 21/02 I received a your order has shipped email.

I gave it until the middle of March before I raised a case with my credit card company who refunded me.

The order has just arrived on the 25/03 and the tracksuit bottoms look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE the ones that I had ordered. It has a massive logo down the leg that you couldn't miss if it was on the website, haha. And the sizing is way off what was on the website so they'll be going in the bin.

Also funny how all of the positive reviews are from accounts where this is the only review.
