The size was wrong, so they said if I reorder the right size they would give me a 60% discount and I can keep the others to give to someone else.. after 7 emails im still waiting for my discount nobody replys.. do not buy from this scamming company.

I wouldn’t even give one⭐️ The website shows lovely cotton/linen ladies tops but that is not what you receive!! An awful looking cheap polyester top looks like it’s made by a child!! But the make it very difficult to return. I do not think this is a genuine label

Just wow, should have known better. Company registers itself in Sweden but based in China. Just avoid at all costs. Takes three weeks for delivery (there is a clue there) then you have to return it (if it doesn't fit or poor quality) The Jacket I purchased was OK but purchased two (before I knew they were from China) so returned one. I received notice that they would give me a discount if I kept it. Then a warning about returning it in time. I returned the second jacket the day it arrived by registered Royal Mail parcel service. They will try to tell you that it is stuck in customers and they cannot refund your money. Contact Mastercard as they are on to this company. Keep all correspondence and returns document along with photos of the returned items as you may need to send them to Mastercard. But Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

There was a stated one month window for returns. It looked legitimate.
2. Once I placed the order, it took a long time before I got an e-notice that the item was on the way .... from China!
3. When the item arrived, it came through Royal Mail with a return address of: 153 Blakeney Way, Cannock, SW11 8LD, UK.
4.As soon as I opened the item, I knew it was a disaster. It stank of chemicals. It was a horrendously cheap artificial material. The item looked nothing like what I had ordered. The colour was wrong. It was horrible, just horrible.
5. I have been trying to get a refund for almost a week now. I initially got a standard response from Customer Support, Ticket ID: I8CD9C, Assigned agent: Evahmae. I sent the photos as requested so they could seek a resolution (why should I need to send photos when I am within my statutory rights to return an item).
6. I have now sent emails that are not responded to.
7. I wish I had checked up the company beforehand, but it looked like a legitimate Swedish company.

Scammed and learned my lesson. If I could only post photos of what they sent and what I actually ordered. When I contacted them by sending pictures of the item, they offered 10% refund. The item doesn't resemble jumper it's a tent with arms attached sawn so badly together . It looks like something clown would reject to wear. Company is registered in Sweden but when you looked up the address on Google it's video Company items are shipped from China and I don't have problem with it but when they advertisements are to scam people it's totally appalling.

I bought 3 coats from them 6 months ago, all were wrong in some way so I returned them. I still haven't received my refund even though they have received the coats back. Emails going back and forward but now not receiving any replies. NO customer service what so ever so now £200 down. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

DO NOT buy from this company. Initially ordered a jumpsuit and when it arrived the quality was extremely poor and not as described. They tried to offer me a 30% credit and I could keep the item even telling me to sell it on.
I refused and returned it which cost £17 postage.
Several weeks later after contracting them a few times I was given a 100% credit to use on their website. I was so sick of the emails backwards and forwards so I ordered a tracksuit. OMG I’ve never seen anything so shocking in all my life. It was literally the worst material I have ever come across so much so that it’s gone straight in the bin. Please don’t buy from this company. They are a disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to trade

Don't touch them. Wish I had read the reviews on this site before trusting them. What I received was nothing like advertised.

Do not buy from this site!! They are a scammers!! The address to return is China...they are taking money on false pretences and false advertising..if you request a return for full refund they ask you pay postage or offer a 10% discount for an item you would never ever wear...I am now in the process with them dealing with the above..

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered a pretty blouse, was sent an ugly tee shirt that bears no resemblance to what I ordered. Revolting cheap crap.
I thought it was a Swedish company but it seems to be another Chinese outfit selling tat. It looks as though they use photos from other companies’ websites. I’ve made a formal complaint through Trading Standards. If enough people complain, maybe they’ll act on it.

Have to buy 0 don't buy from this company very bad dress ,I wait the refund my money back from February now we're in June and nothing they.i believe is gest scam.Just to take your money. If you deal with Mae she's lying 😭

Just to advise you not to buy clothing from here. The quality is really bad. Dress of £49.99 didn't come with washing label, no tag, no proper lining and the lace material was low quality. Im usually size 14 and their XL didn't even fit me. I would get a better quality if I'd bought a dress in the Uk grocery shops . Unfortunately the cost of postage is ridiculous. I'll put it in charity bag. I'll never shop here again.

Returned items as were absolutely dreadful quality to Sweden bogus address. Never arrived. £150 wasted. Royal Mail retuned only£50 , which covered also the postage cost . PayPal were like parrots repeating that the seller never got the items despite I sent them proof of postage, photos of items from horrible synthetic fabric which claimed to be linen and cotton on the seller website. Seller promptly changed item description after being contacted by PayPal. But I have screenshots of items descriptions before and after my claim.
So counting my losses.
Never again will buy anything online before checking it out on Trustpilot
And also - never will use PayPal credit for purchases online

Item went missing so delivery took 3 weeks. Hoody not as shown in picture. Thin nylon football shirt material, not thick cotton as is usual for a hoody. Returns complicated. Had to pay £24 for tracked return to China. Company repeatedly tried to offer gift vouchers instead of refund. Then after all their return requirements met & paid for they said it hadn't arrived so could not refund. Resolved finally after opening a dispute via PayPal, who I'd luckily paid with. Then refund was prompt but without the £24 returns fee.

DO NOT buy clothes from this company. You WILL NOT get anything close to what you ordered. The quality, the size, the anything. It's a joke and so please save your money. Total rip off.

I bought two dresses, they didn't fit. I posted the dresses back in November. No refund and the parcel came back a couple of weeks ago.

I ordered a dress for a party and when it arrived it was nothing like the photo. It was cheap thin fabric like lining fabric. I got in touch and they offered me a 15% refund. I declined and paid £9 to courier it back to their address in China. They said they would pay the refund when they received it. I have emailed them to say I know it has been received but still after nearly two months nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They lift photos of products from genuine sites and pass them off as their own, then make cheap copies.

‘Destiny label’ have now offered me a 100% discount code for an item of my choice from their website! After returning my return to me - I replied that reading all the 1* reviews I doubt that there’s anything worth having. I just want a refund, although obviously I’ll still miss out on the £22 I spent on tracked return postage. This company are unbelievable fraudsters, AVOID or you too will be defrauded and landed with cheap tat!

Terrible quality for the price, sizing chart was not accurate and impossible to get a refund. I spent over £120 on 3 pairs of trousers, went through their return process and they returned the items back from china and will not refund. I’m now £130 out of pocket with trousers that are too small and look like they are made out of toilet paper. They suggested I gift it to someone to save on the return postage carbon foot print then returned my return back to me 6 months later with no refund. Also unable to reclaim back on PayPal or bank as a dispute as they waited until I couldn’t open a case. Avoid this company!!
