Really disappointed that I have been scammed by clearly fraudulent reviews . Having waited a long time for delivery, the velvet blouse I purchased is of poor quality and the colour nothing like the advertised example . Shame on the owners of this company . Do not buy from them . Sending clothing back for a refund seems also to be an overly complicated and usually unsuccessful process so little point in attempting that . I have learned a valuable lesson : check independent reviews before buying - do not believe reviews on company websites .

BEWARE.do not buy from this fraudulent company. The quality of the dress I bought was extremely rubbish, very cheap material,the sizing was off. and no tags.Completely different from the picture in the website. Avoid at all cost. Refund process is not straight forward.item had to be returned to China at my own cost and was not given a full refund! Total scam...

We ordered a XXL tracksuit in November 24. It arrived within time for Christmas but my husband couldnt even get his leg into the trousers. It looked like a child's suit, too small and very poorly made.
I had terrible trouble returning the item which never arrived at their warehouse.
A year later it was returned to my home address.. the Company have refused to give my money back saying they have a 30 day returns policy.
Do not buy from this company, extremely poor.

We ordered a womens knitted wollen hoodie jumper which when arrived was a cheap polyester (not even a lookalike) fake. I complaoned and they sent out a replacement FOC. However when it arrived it was exactly the same item, a fake polyester

Scam. Ordered what looked like a nice hoodie but what turned up was cheap nylon that didn't fit with no indication on the item what size it was. Couldn't even get it on. The refund process looks onerous so will probably just put this down to experience and move on but wish I had read the reviews here prior to ordering.

This is a follow up to my last review which wasn't good I have sent repeated emails to enquire about my refund for my returns which was sent at end of July,they have not acknowledged any of them 😕 they owe me £150 the cost to return was £17. I believe I have been scammed by Destiny Label

When I asked to return the item, they allowed some time to answer making an offer. By another for 50% off or get a refund and return. I would have to fill a return form that they never sent. 4 emails after asking for the return form they never attached they wrote to me saying the return period passed.

PLEASE don’t buy from this company. The hoodie I bought for £37.90 (reduced from £80 apparently) is awful. Made of nylon, really cheap and wrong size. It’s a scam.

I ordered a top from this company, I so wish I read the reviews first!! I’ve spent over £50, not received my top and contacting them is useless. Please do not order from them. Why they’ve not been banned from advertising I really don’t know. Awful deceitful practice

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH. Whatever you do, give it a miss or you’ll saddle yourself with a multitude of problems. Don’t ask for details. It’s a small box.

Absolute nightmare. Took over a month to arrive, then the item is nothing like on.the website. Impossible to get a reply to return item! Chinese company making bad garments. Beware. 100% SCAM

Bad product, overpriced and took a month to arrive totally missing the birthday. Now I've got to return it to China. Fast Fashion Nightmare

In order to return a dress for which my mother paid £75, she needed to pay £20.50 to ship it tracked back to China.

I ordered a 'colourful wool jacket". Allegedly marked down from £120 to £44.90. What eventually arrived was not wooden or even knitted but a cheap printed polyester shirt of very poor quality. It did not resemble the photo on their website and even the colours were different. A complete rip off, avoid this site at all costs. I wish I'd checked Trust pilot before I ordered! I am not prepared to pay for the postage to China so will have to put the cost of lesson learned at £44.90

Sizing of product not as described on website

The picture on the website suggests the dress was below calf! It was not…to the knee and I am only 5’4…I only wish had had read the reviews before ordering. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS…not a good company and I am not bothering trying to return given what others have said. Fingers burnt and lessons learnt.

Utter garbage, poorest quality fabric and loose threads everywhere, design did not match the images so they were obviously created. Customer service did respond at least and Mae was polite enough to offer to replace the garments but frankly I wouldn’t want anything of the quality they offer. So beware, the company misrepresents their garments with spurious online photos and the website does not elude to them coming from China. So If you waste further money returning them they fail to reach ‘Destiny Label’ get sent back to you 6 months later. Check where goods are made, if the source is good it will say so, and do not buy crap from 🇨🇳 which will just add to the mountain of waste that’s destroying this planet.

Your site advertised the items I purchased as being made from 100% linen, which significantly influenced my buying decision. However, none of the items were made of 100% linen. Instead:
* Several items were a cotton/linen blend, and
* The men's shirt contained no linen at all, being made instead of polyester and cotton.
* The sizes were incorrect.
This represents a clear case of material misdescription, the product listings do not accurately reflect the materials used or indeed colour and size of the garments
Following this experience, I reviewed public feedback and found that numerous other customers have complained about similar issues, including:
• Misleading product descriptions
• Poor quality
• Inaccurate sizing
To make matters worse, your returns policy is convoluted and cost-prohibitive, essentially discouraging customers from returning misrepresented goods. I also find it misleading that your website lists a Swedish address, when the items were clearly shipped from China. You obviously lifted the pictures on your web site from another company
Fortunately, I was able to cancel my order on the day of purchase after having read the reviews. I surprisingly received a refund. That's why you are getting 1 star!

To be honest if I could have scored no star I would have. I placed an order for a top Embroidered boho shirt with tassel trim that does not suit. I have been onto their return website and emailed them every day for a week with no reply. The label address on their return form is for Name of contact person: Marko Cheung Guangzhou China and previous reviews have stated that customs send the parcel back to the client. What a scam avoid ordering from them at all cost.
