A total let down
We ordered 6 frames and 6 posters for our housewarming party and the delivery took over a week (8 business days). And to top it all off desenio only delivered 4 frames.. so half of our order failed to send out. For the premium price i expected to get premium service and I was very much let down when we didn't have the posters in time for the party when they were ordered 2 weeks in advance.

Great service. Great Design. Great Prices!
Great service. Great design and great print outs. I ordered a couple posters with frames and they arrived within the described delivery time. I also think Desenio product prices are also quite good. I'd highly recommend them and be happy to order again sometime.

Two incorrect parcels in a row
At first I received a wrong poster. In connection with a repurchase, one item I had ordered was missing from the parcel. So two incorrect parcels in a row which is pretty bad. 2 stars comes for the good effort to correct the first mistake - without it it would have been 1 star only.
