Absolutely love desenio - constantly updating their prints and the quality is great (even the frames are well worth the price!) and never had an issue with them. Very quick delivery too.
As a first-time user my experience was quite satisfying. I liked how I can create mock designs and see how my compilation will look. Print and frame quality is nice. Recommend.

I understand this is most likely the delivery companies fault but none the less I really struggle to understand why people use evri as a delivery company.

Just recently bought plakater from Desenio.. Some colors were ok and the rest is like dull and it look like it is almost out of ink when in the illustration picture, the color (black to be specific should be like bright). It turned out to be like a photocopy 😬 They told me that they will deduct an amount from me
as fee to return it but it's not my fault that they sell different from website versus the actual lols. They should probably indicate in the caption that colors are faded or dull in actual.

I placed an order multiple times, but none of them went through. I also sent emails, which they didn’t respond to. After that, I called them. They apologized and refunded my money, but if I hadn’t called, I would never have received anything.

When there is an issue with the poster and I give it back, I have to pay for the delivery back. That is a bit unnecessary, I am not asking for a refund. Just asking another size of the poster because of an issue with the frame I have. Now I just order to complete the look out of 2. Would have easily fallen in love with the brand. But nope. Also weird that I have to sign AND PRINT a document while returning an item, also unnecessary.

An employee at Desenio’s Swedish customer service gave me poor information and communication, which caused me to lose a workday and 160 euros. Afterwards, the employee lied to me via email and provided false information to cover up her mistake. I do not appreciate being lied to, so I contacted Desenio and filed a complaint. Desenio’s management of Customer Service responded to me, but instead of apologizing, they defended the course of events and refused further contact.
I explained that it would be easy for the employee to prove she hadn’t lied by simply forwarding the message she claimed she had sent, but management refused to give an answer or provide any evidence that her colleague was telling the truth.
I posted a complaint about this incident on Desenio’s Instagram (stating that Desenio’s employees lie to job seekers and customers), but instead of receiving an apology, I was blocked from the company’s Instagram. I have never before been blocked by a COMPANY for submitting a customer complaint, especially when the complaint is about their staff lying. One would think that the person who lied should be reprimanded, but instead, Desenio chose to punish me.
After this experience, it is clear that Desenio shamelessly lies and manipulates in their communication, and then silences complaints by blocking innocent people. The person responsible for Desenio’s Instagram doesn’t even understand basic customer service, and thanks to them, Desenio has now lost me, my entire family, and all my acquaintances and friends as customers.

This is quite possibly the WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and I'm 56 so I've had plenty of experiences. I ordered three canvases a week ago. The site, and my order, said delivery would be between 5 and 8 days. We're now on 8 days and Desenio has repeatedly failed - and at this point I would say refused - to tell me where these paintings are and when they will be delivered. DHL says the tracking number they provided doesn't exist. Furthermore, I have sent them 10 emails explaining these issues and asking them to find out when these paintings will be delivered and they keep giving me generic speculative responses rather than investigating the problem and helping me. To make matters worse, they "offer" customer service telephone numbers that don't work. When you call, the message simply says they cannot take the call that day. This has happened for 5 days now. This company is HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time or money. We are leaving the country next week, and now, I have no idea if these paintings will even arrive before we are gone.
