I tried to use the 20% discount that they were offering. When I put the code in, it would not accept it. Later I received a code on my text and I used that. The first time shipping was free but when I... See more

They have what you need

The discounts that are offered and the same awesome products that are provided through my dermatologist and I'm able to use a payment plan if I'm not able to pay for what I need all at once.

I wish you would run more specials on…

I wish you would run more specials on skin ceuticals product.you could be more generous with the samples and it benefits you because when people try things and like them they will buy them and it is a good way to get them to try and add new products.

I appreciate the reward program but wish it was easier to earn discounts.

I haven’t got my product yet so I cannot comment on anything other than the ordering process and that was okay.

Good Selection, Great Discounts, and Gifts!

Good selection of the brands I use and great discounts, plus lots of special offer samples and gifts. It would be helpful if a link to apply credit for points earned on previous orders was on the checkout page for convenience. I finally figured out that after logging in, I had to go to the specific rewards page, then click to apply my credit to the order. Extra clicks to use credit I've earned isn't ideal, so that aspect of the website could be improved. Separate issue-in my last order, I received an "old" version of the SkinMedica serum (previous packaging) and the pump was not working properly. Fortunately, it worked free after a couple days' use, so I didn't have to contact Dermstore for a replacement, but I was frustrated that I might not be able to get the full use out of a pretty expensive product. I haven't had to return/exchange an item so far, so I don't have experience with that process through Dermstore--I would hope it's easy and straightforward, especially when the product is pricey.

Selection and Sales make Dermstore my go to!

I love the selection and always wait to shop when there are discounts, which fortunately they do often enough for me. I had choices of where to shop for this big multiple item purchase, but bc of the summer discount and the rewards, Dermstore was (and usually is) my pick! Thanks :)
