Would like to see more brands in make up category. Was hoping to get Anastasia mascara included with my order. Pretty popular line. Was also surprised and greatly dissapointed that with an over $300... See more

Dermstore launched in 1999 with the vision of creating a trusted dermatologist-backed online beauty store. Founded by a board-certified dermatologist, the company became a safe haven where customers could purchase with confidence. We have since grown to offer a wide range of skin care and cosmetic brands. Our collection includes: professional-strength formulas (otherwise only available at a doctor's office), exclusive spa care lines, salon-grade brands, as well as hard-to-find niche and specialty brands from around the world. In 2013, Dermstore became a wholly owned subsidiary of Target Corporation. We are headquartered in Southern California with a Spa location in Hermosa Beach.

I love what Dermstore offers. I get great products, some new to try, all making buying it worth the money.
The robotic customer service.
Dreadful. About as useful as a chair with 3 legs
I just ordered a product from Dermstore. I can only give a fair review when I get the product so you will have to wait until then. But I'm hoping to give a great review.
My only dislike was the mandatory sign-up for junk mail with you
The discounts that are offered and the same awesome products that are provided through my dermatologist and I'm able to use a payment plan if I'm not able to pay for what I need all at once.
Fast shipping, quality products. Great range. What more could one ask?❤️
I wish you would run more specials on skin ceuticals product.you could be more generous with the samples and it benefits you because when people try things and like them they will buy them and it is a good way to get them to try and add new products.
I appreciate the reward program but wish it was easier to earn discounts.
I haven’t got my product yet so I cannot comment on anything other than the ordering process and that was okay.
Good selection of the brands I use and great discounts, plus lots of special offer samples and gifts. It would be helpful if a link to apply credit for points earned on previous orders was on the checkout page for convenience. I finally figured out that after logging in, I had to go to the specific rewards page, then click to apply my credit to the order. Extra clicks to use credit I've earned isn't ideal, so that aspect of the website could be improved. Separate issue-in my last order, I received an "old" version of the SkinMedica serum (previous packaging) and the pump was not working properly. Fortunately, it worked free after a couple days' use, so I didn't have to contact Dermstore for a replacement, but I was frustrated that I might not be able to get the full use out of a pretty expensive product. I haven't had to return/exchange an item so far, so I don't have experience with that process through Dermstore--I would hope it's easy and straightforward, especially when the product is pricey.
Easy to find info on products and to order. Great prices and shipping options.
I love the selection and always wait to shop when there are discounts, which fortunately they do often enough for me. I had choices of where to shop for this big multiple item purchase, but bc of the summer discount and the rewards, Dermstore was (and usually is) my pick! Thanks :)
You had what exactly I needed, it was easy to find, and I used rewards to lower the price!
I ordered a product on Dermstore as I’ve ordered lots of products. The delivery was sent to a mailbox. I don’t have a key for as I’m a renter. The chat bot was useless. The human was useless now I have lost a $70 product. I can never get my hands on and this company provided zero assistancethen they said I had to print out a form fill out the form scan the form and then email the form that is 1980s technology this company did nothing to help me get a product that I paid $70 for I went to Amazon the same product will be delivered to me this afternoon with zero hassle. This company Sucks.
Site is easy to use and check out is also easy. I'm also grateful that Dermstore offers a pick-up option for delivery.
Able to buy just the products I wanted at a good price.
