CHAT Customer Service Was Not Helpful
The chat customer service people are not at all helpful. I was promised a $10 credit back, never came. I asked why a certain product wasn't applying the 25% off coupon. They said they'd get back to me AFTER the coupon expired. When i pointed out some issues I get "I trust you are well" as a response. They also told me there are no customer service phone numbers which is completely inaccurate. Also disappointed that when I selected my free gifts in my cart, they disappeared when I checked out and given new options of so called gifts that I didn't want. This was the most disappointing experience with Dermstore.
5/27/26 Update
I was immediately contacted by Dermstore Customer Service and they completely rectified the situation. More than I expected. Moving forward, I recommend calling or emailing and not using the chat. Their quick response as well as going above and beyond to make things right will keep me a loyal customer. Thank you Dermstore!

My purchase experience was good, but the delivery was horrible. My package was NOT delivered in front of my door. It was delivered by a bush near my front door making it very easy for someone to take. That was not cool AT ALL!!!!
