I believe Debenhams should offer Free Returns. When you are purchasing clothes you need to try them on for size etc. Even going to a locker for return has a return charge.

Happy customer

The whole process from navigating the website, ordering to delivery was easy informative and quick. We’re very pleased with our new garden furniture it looks fabulous just how we expected .

I paid for a service to have my delivery arrive on my preferred time but it never came and I never received an apology or explanation for this. The delivery was made a day later at 1900pm. So not really reliable

I'm disappointed because they sent the wrong size I ordered. Registration of the return is associated with correspondence and links, as well as conditions that complicate the return. All this does not help me as a customer and does not make me want to return to this online store..
