I believe Debenhams should offer Free Returns. When you are purchasing clothes you need to try them on for size etc. Even going to a locker for return has a return charge.

Overall very good! 🎉

There was a good selection of bar stools to choose from at competitive prices. Express delivery was free and excellent, they arrived within two days, were packaged well and we were notified of delivery time. 🤩

Worse sofa bed ever can't get rid of it or refund

I bout a sofa-bed...it came in two deliveries ..it looked nothing like the photos. Tried to return and could not it the unique number in the box.
So far it has been over 10 weeks the crap is still here
Every time I message them , a different person tells me to

Send preferred return method of payment ...

Send pictures....

Send numbers from boxes....

Send videos...

Say why I wanna return ...
All of which I've done

Still waiting
I will never ever use Debenham again

I love the dress

I love the dress, the fabric, style and the quality. Sadly the top part didn’t fit me. I ordered my normal size 12.
The parcel arrived very fast too. All good but just didn’t fit. Hope to get exchange for a bigger size.
