Birthday Bracelet

I ordered a very pretty bracelet as a birthday present. It was delivered earlier than estimated, was packed securely and delivered without any problem. The bracelet was as described and the recipient is delighted with it.

Garden bench cushion.

Quality as expected, good value for money and delivered as scheduled but wasn't able to take advantage of free delivery on offer, maybe because of discounted low price.

Not Tuxedo Trousers

I ordered what was described as Tuxedo trousers.
When they arrived, they were just ordinary trousers, so
my husband did not bother to try them on.
Will be sending them back.
Will not order from Debenhams again.

Disappointed

Hi , unorganised company, half of the bed received, another half I don’t know where , I don’t know who dealing with , as Debenhams teams said all questions to delivery man, very big mess . Better pay more and get better service!

Trainers

Bought 3 sets of trainers and all were lovely. Usually I can't find any that fit and was pleasantly surprised to find all were comfortable and fit. In top of which I paid £75 which is usually the cost of one pair. Delivery was great too.

They need to sort out their delivery…

They need to sort out their delivery service. My large front windows were open, my car was on the front and I was 4 feet away from the door and the driver didn't knock the door just walked straight past the window and put the parcel between the bins. Why? I am seriously thinking about stopping all online shopping as they all seem to be doing this. It is not acceptable. It is so stressfull if someone pinches your parcel. It's going to be even worse in the winter. Needs sorting out.
