I ordered £107 worth of garments for Christmas for my wife. We both though the designs looked unique. The pictures showed 'chunky' tops and jumpers. When you receive them the goods are the same material as t-shirts. As an example, a jumper I ordered or what I thought was at least a fleece type top, had the t-shirt material with what looked like a picture of a jumper across it. That meant my wife missed out on what we thought would be good (we did not expect excellent) clothes. Of course the same story as many others , then you immediately get suspicious you have been conned and you start to realise you have purchased from china and to get a refund of at least something is going to be hard work. Guess what and no surprises my first email from over a week ago was ignored so I sent another one today Christmas Day. I reckon they are hoping I will just give up chasing for the refund. If anybody from that company reads this then my order number is HBTXB00012854 and as I had to tell my wife today, I did not have all the gifts I hoped for....how about you pay the postage. You must have made enough profit out of me . Maybe by doing that anybody reading this will feel safer in trying you. I may take this further than you think guys ! .....Mike

I would have given no stars if I could.
I can only echo the reviews I have seen on Trustpilot, unfortunately, after I had placed an order.
The goods are substandard and the pictures on their site do not reflect the goods which arrived. The cost of returning the items to China is prohibitive.
The only thing I could find in Damensein's favour is that they did reply quickly to my e-mail complaints.
After an initial offer of a 5% refund, I did eventually extract an offer of a 35% refund. I now wait to see if it arrives.
I cannot believe that any of the supposed reviews on their site are genuine!
There is little doubt that, if the company had been based in the UK, I would have been entitled to a full refund on the basis that the goods did not accord with their description.
Learn by my mistake and do not order from this company.

Trash, scam Artists, con merchants orderered items for xmas , all to which are sub standard ,brush nylon tops which can not be manufactured in uk due to fire hazards, boots plastic and glued together i have asked to return items via email to damensein which is based in china.... unaware that it was a chinese company, all items on the website completely different to the things you order... i will not hold my breath on getting a refund i should of just transferred 106 pounds as a gift to them get a grip internet gurus and eradicate these companies from the internet.

Damensein is a corrupt Chinese company selling fake clothes copied from other companies photographs. Do not fall for this scam. The materials are course, thin, synthetic and of inferior quality. The sizing is erratic...either multiple sizes too large or too small. Completely unwearable. If you order multiple items they do not arrive together and when they do it’s another disappointment. Returning the items as they suggest is very costly to us. It’s a frustrating and lengthy process. Under pressure they will offer a very miserable % refund. Read the reviews before you order. I wish I had done! They should not be trading...

Purchased three items - two jumpers and one pair of socks after seeing their advert on the Daily Mail website. One jumper and the socks arrived after several weeks and emails from me enquiring at to where my items were. After waiting ten weeks the second jumper has still not arrived. I have emailed asking for a refund, but had no response as yet. Don’t hold much hope of seeing that to be honest. The quality of the received items is only average - nothing like the images in the adverts. So, please please please save your money and DO NOT buy from Damensien.
By way of update, Damensien have responded to my emails and have promised a refund, which could take a couple of weeks apparently. No explanation as where the missing item is or why it wasn’t sent. According to my account the item is being ‘processed’ and if I hadn’t made an enquiry as to where the item was, I very much doubt Damensien would have contacted me. I think the company needs to seriously improve its distribution times and customer services before it can win back customers like me. I will update again if my refund is received.
Refund received today 22/12/20 so at least fair play to them for that. Thank you.

It was unwise of me to make a purchase without reading a review.
This is a blatant fraud. Things are ugly counterfeit. Product photos are likely stolen from handicraft sites.

Buyer must pay the return shipping fee. Waste of money

Earlier this year I lost about £140 to Damensein who sent only part of my order. What I received were sweaters which were so appallingly made, badly sized and unfinished that they were unwearable. At that point I sent the worst one back - the seams were on the OUTSIDE with loose threads! Upon opening a dispute with Paypal over several weeks sending numerous detailed emails to them and Damensein providing all details of items paid for, photographs, copies of emailed confirmation etc, all of which proved extremely time consuming. Eventually I phoned Paypal and was advised by them that I would be refunded if I returned the remaining 2 sweaters by tracked post to the address given in Guanghzo, China which I agreed to at a cost of £19. After waiting several more weeks I was therefore extremely shocked to see that after giving me the runaround and having to jump through hoops for over two months, unbelievably Paypal had in fact found in favour of Damensein and refused to refund me anything in contradiction to what they had advised. Thanks to Paypal's collusion I was left even more out of pocket because of the high postage costs and left with nothing. The sense of betrayal and stress was huge after all my efforts in complying with their demands. I can only assume that Chinese based scam companies like Damensein, New Chick, Roselinen and others shown in pop up adverts are more profitable to Paypal than individual consumers like myself! To anybody considering opening a dispute with Paypal and expecting fair treatment don't depend on it - I never would have believed that Paypal could behave in such an unjust manner to its account holders. I have regularly used a Paypal account for over ten years for my Ebay account! After this experience I will now avoid paying for anything with Paypal!

I ordered a second lot of autumn clothes after successfully receiving some summer clothes. One item did not arrived. The order was made on the 10th October 2020. The first time I enquired on 1st November about the item, I was advised it would be with me 10-14 days later, it did not arrive. I have sent emails with clear information three times and heard nothing since. I am very disappointed with Damensein, will not use them again and can see now why they get such negative reviews.

This 'company' use photos of other suppliers goods on their site. The items you receive are truly awful copies of the original products made out of the cheapest possible materials and poorly finished. I consider this to be a SCAM. If I could rate it as zero stars I would

As the other reviews, stay away! Cloths nothing like pictured, don't get caught out, absolute rubbish, will go in bin, Xmas presents down the pan!

DO NOT BUY from this company. They sent very poor quality clothes that are unwearable. They only give a refund after they receive the clothes back that you have to send back to China. I sent them backed tracked at a cost of over £20. 5 months later they arrived back at my house in Wales. After contacting them, they refuse to send me a refund unless I resend them to China at my cost again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute rip-off company, items ordered look nothing like the advertised photos and aren't even made from the alleged wool the website claims is used! The actual product I received is not wool, it's a nasty cheap synthetic polyester with what looks like carpet material on the cuffs. I can't even claim for a refund as the products are 'final sale'. Will not be buying from here again! Utter rip-off site, total con artists.

I ordered items off this scam site and when they arrived they were utterly horrendous. Cheap manmade fibres that had absolutely no shape or 'give' in the fabrics.

The photos they'd used in the listings were obviously of the products made in lovely fabrics. Possibly the most extreme case of trade descriptions I've ever had the misfortune to experience.

It took me many emails back and forth with them, to no avail. Thankfully I had paid on Paypal, so I just started to deal with them instead, opened up a case again Damensein, and eventually the weight of having Paypal behind me made them refund me the full amount.

NEVER EVER buy from this company. They are scammers from China. I can't even bloody well unsubscribe from their email list. They feel like a nasty virus you just can't shake!

Spent nearly £200 for a load of old tat..
I tried to return the items but was told they had to have been returned within 14 days of buying.
The items took nearly 3 weeks to arrive so already over the 14 days . Plus it would have taken another 3 weeks to return them!
Ps. Nothing like the pictures shown.

Ordered 2 things, got email saying smaller item on way, never arrived. Other item was apparently waiting to be shipped, told them didn't want anymore. Got refund on item I cancelled but they refused refund on item they said they had sent even though never received. I didn't realise at time that it was a Chinese company until through checkout because I would have avoided. A scam ,do not go near.l

I received three badly-packaged items (that is, shoved carelessly into a bag) ordered online from Damensein and found them poor versions of the images shown on their site. Certainly not good enough to give as a present. Best thing they can be used for is mopping the floor.

Ordered what looked like really lovely quality items (7) and every one was terrible quality & completely unlike the original picture. Trading standards should investigate. No return label & all arrived in different packages from different locations over several months! I sent them all straight to the charity shop & was completely disappointed. Normally I check reviews & can not believe I did not. Do not EVER order from these criminals.

APPALLING
I shall never order from this company of con merchants again. The products are cheap and nasty and look nothing like the adverts within social media.
They should be reported to trading standards.
The goods took months to arrive and are a disgrace.

This has got to be the worst company EVER! Some of so called knitwear that I orderdered has arrived and it's literally polyester t shirt material with tie died pattern which is supposed to be a knitted detail. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!

So,, It's now over 12 Months since I ordered as a stocking filler a pair of lairy coloured "woolen"socks at a cost of £15.00 and still not arrived, a tracking number I was given when I complained in February still tells me they are at Shanghai Airport. Prior to ordering the socks I had ordered a top for my wife me which did arrive before Xmas, Unfortunately, because I didn't open the parcel on arrival and only did when I was wrapping my wifes presents a couple of days before Xmas did I discover it was total crap, I through it in the bin, the quality, material, and workmanship was...well undescribably bad, shoddy would be flattering....I still have recieved zero response to my enquiry as to where the "Woolen Socks" are, not that I want them but a refund would be nice but after almost 13 months and silence I won't hold my breath, this company are scammers, if you are fortunate enough to receive the tat they send out, I would use it to lag your pipes, wash the car, floor, cat/dog sick up, thats all its good for..
