Hi. I placed an order with cosmetic love and haven't received it. How to go about the dispute/refund?

The worst experience of buying Korean beauty products. My order #102339 has never shipped, my mails to the customer service have never responded. No refund, No response at all! Do not buy from Cosmetic Love, they are thieves.

Ordered THREE months ago. Order status never changed from pending to shipped. Emailed them twice with no response. I waited this long in hopes that they might’ve just shipped the packet and was just bad communication but nope. Interestingly enough, when I opened the dispute I immediatley won the case? And got my money back so lol I waited for nothing :). Anyways do not buy this scam af

I made 2 orders on the same day a month ago. Since the order confirmation I have not received a single email or shipping confirmation from this shop! In total my orders came to over £500 as I am a K Beauty reseller in the UK. I have sent countless emails to the customer service and filled out the contact form several times! No response at all! I eventually had to admit defeat and raise PayPal disputes for these orders to try get my money back. PayPal is giving them until 21 September to respond… in total the drama will have lasted 2 months. It’s upset and stress I can do without! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Never shipped my items nor responded to my emails. Had to open a dispute on paypal and am still waiting for my refund. Glad I didn't buy too much.

My review is the same as the others. They didn't ship 1 of my item and ignore all my emails asking for refund. I have to file a dispute with paypal.

I’m so disappointed because this site has awesome deals and I love all of the sample items.
My order shipped without 2 of my items- which was fine as the shipping invoice showed they hadn’t shipped yet- but after receiving the first part of my order, I never heard anything. I wrote them several times and filled out their website form, but nothing.

I would have been a regular customer if it wasn’t for their lack of communication.

My order never shipped and never got a response when I asked many times what happened. No way to get refunded. Seems like a scam to me.

I was worried when I read all the reviews online but I guess I got lucky. I received all the things I ordered and it was packaged perfectly! I also got free samples!! Great company

They never sent my order and I never got my money back. They never responded to emails and they delete my IG comments calling them out for the scammers they are. I would say horrific customer service but that would imply that they have any.

Don't waste your time and money, it's an obvious rip-off. They maybe send orders to a few people and then advertise their great customer reviews, I'm sure even those are fake.

At first, I was extremely worried because of all the negative reviews, but in LESS than the estimated shipping time, all of the skincare that I ordered came well packaged and authentic. I'm honestly a bit in shock, Cosmetic Love even included samples for me as well! I would most definitely purchase from here again.

THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY IGNORES ALL MY EMAILS. I THEY ONCE CANCELED AN ORDER CAUSE IT WAS GOING T SPAIN AS WELL WAY BEFORE CORONAVIRUS. I FEEL A KIND OF RACIST TREATMENT.

IM ALSO A BUSINESS OWNER FOR A KBEAUTY SHOP AS THEY KNOW AND THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE SUCKS. I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE TO BUY OR TO EVEN INQUIRY ANYTHING FROM THEM. SO NOT PROFESSIONAL AND SO UNPLEASANT. AS I HAVE ALREADY TOLD THEM THREE TIMES BORDERS HAVE BEEN OPENED IN SPAIN FOR OVER A MONTH BUT THEY COULDNT CARE LESS. PLEASE BOICOT!

Don’t buy from Cosmetic Love!! I placed an order back in early April and they only ship part of the order. I emailed the customer service so many times for missing items but they never response. They don’t even issue refund. Horrible business and mean to cheating.

It’s now 2 months since I placed the order. But I still haven’t received any thing. When I write them they’re VERY slow to reply, and they keep saying that the long delivery is to be expected.... This is seriously the worst company ever! And the so called costumer service is not existing. Very dissapointing. I really want to get the products, because they look beautiful, but I don’t expect to get my order...

This website is taking advantage of people during the COVID-19 pandemic. They say that any orders to the US that don't pay for expedited shipping will not get their orders. This means you'd have to pay an extra $20 for any order you want shipped. They claim this is because of the "travel bans" and such, but I've ordered two things from Korea since this all started and those arrived within 2 weeks with no issue. Not only this, but I had to go onto their Facebook page to see this information. No where on their website does it say that you must pay for expedited shipping or you won't get your order. So now I have to call my bank and claim fraud for the $25.67 they took from my account. I ordered 6 days ago and never received confirmation of the order being cancelled or of it shipping. I emailed them 2 days ago and have not received a response still. So frustrating that they go out of their way to screw people over during a time like this.

Got what I ordered but they put wrong pricing on the package which resulted in that I had to deal with customs which was a bit annoying.

I ordered one of the products. the waiting time was long, which was not problem. When I received the product they send me a very different color that I am unable to use.
I wrote several emails without any answer about a return procedure.
I do not recommend the company at all. No customer service during this circumstance is not talking good about a company.

Beautynetkorea ships much faster and cheaper too. This website is slow and allows you to checkout items that are out of stock to waste your time. Also shipped me a broken package and refuse to refund anything nor contact me. A total scam don't take your chances when there are much more decent businesses out there.

Very competitive prices and a good range of products. Shipping is also very reasonable.

There are constant discounts! Dispatch times are quite fast and items are always packed well with samples.

Customer service responds in 1-2 business days and they immediately issue refunds if there is no stock. I've always had positive experiences with this company.
