Great international shipping
Packaging was very secure. There was zero chances of any bottles breaking during shipping (bubble wrapped) and packing peanuts to keep things from rattlong. No surprise import duties and the package tracking/delivery was smooth. I would make an international purchase from them again.

Good website, interesting and good merchandise on offer
Delivery was timely; the purchased goods were neatly packed and met my expectation, and I found a lovely sweet treat in the parcel
Because I did not want to miss the sale I had to concentrate on the goods on offer.
Only once I had received the parcel I realized I had missed to sign up on the discount/bonus program.

Definitely had a great experience both with the customer support and product satisfaction. I bought a set of products as a gift and the staff patiently solved all my questions, keep in mind that I was a customer residing abroad trying to get the package delivered inside the UK,so I requiered a lot of guidance.
