Bad service
Some plants arrived but the box had disintegrated and was left outside our house the wrong way up. Other plants were not delivered: a refund arrived but no explanation.

Hopeless - avoid
Hopeless! Delivery took forever. Customer service was dreadful and some of the plants have died straight away. Avoid!

The issues you've described regarding delivery, customer service, and the condition of your plants are certainly not the standard we aim for. Please contact us with your order details so we can investigate this and try to put things right.

The order arrived and several of the plants were damaged. I took photos and made contact with Crocus straight away to advise of my dismay. They reviewed the photos and provided full replacements of the original order, which included a replacement for the single undamaged plant also. This gesture has recovered the star rating. Thank you Crocus, I will use again.

Plants didn't grow much
Mmm. Yes: hard-to-find plants online is supremely convenient compared to trailing around garden centres. But the plants were small on delivery in early May and at the time of reviewing in late July neither neither has grown much. I bought a globe thistle and ponytail grass. Fingers crossed for next year!

Thanks for your review, Paul. We sell by pot size rather than height and many perennials stay small in their first season while they build roots, so with a bit of patience and good care they should put on much better growth next year.

I ordered 18 lavender Hidcote
I ordered 18 lavender Hidcote. They arrived very quickly. They were very well packaged and it perfect condition. In fact I was so impressed I immediately ordered 18 more. I've planted them and have been keeping them watered as it's so hot. They are doing well. Crocus is a highly professional company that sells good, healthy plants and that's why I keep going back.
