I dont remember my CSR'S name but he was amazing! He was informative and walked me through the process, he reassured my understanding and was patient. There was point in conversation I was lost and he recited what he said, reexplained and gave examples from our conversation to make sure I understood. This was a stressful day and I honestly thought this was going to be the icing on the cake but he made it 10x better within 15 minutes of a conversation! I wish I remembered his name but I appreciate your patience and I hope the job recognizes good people like you!

Chantal was very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk. She walked me through everything. I held back on giving 5 stars, only because I want to know if it really works first. Chantal herself deserves 10 stars!

Excelent Help. He was absolutely fantastic at doing his job he explained everything properly and if i didnt understand he would explain it 2 where i would understand, he answered all my questions and he helped me ultimately get the ball rolling on a bright future. The thing that made my experience easy was working with Lina. Very informative and knowledgeable in helping me get where I wanted to go.

Was made to feel like they were going to help me at the beginning. I never saw a change in my credit but all I saw was money game taken out of my account more than anything. I was not satisfied at all when they were taking money out of my account and I did not authorize it. They also kept calling me all the time.

Very helpful and informative

It’s a scam. I was trying to pay off a debt they lied and misled me. They took $777 out of my bank account. I called them and emailed them several times for my money back, the next day. And three months later no refund or change to my credit report. SCAMMM
