I think this is a scam company.

I just signed up for free, but the system automatically deducted $47 from my account for a one-year subscription. It was a terrible experience. I didn't even have time to confirm whether I should subscribe or not.To make matters worse, the employee Alex refused my request for a refund. I will contact the bank and the police to report this incident.

Aggressively kept trying to charge me…

Aggressively kept trying to charge me for a yearly subscription I have no recollection of signing up for. Thankfully my bank declined it but it didn't stop them trying every....single....day for a week. Eventually I managed to find the "cancel subscription" options in my account. Then went through a lengthy cancellation click through where they had those lovely switching primary/secondary CTA's to deliberately try and confuse you. Seriously guys. Do better.

They are a scam

They are a scam . I repeat, a scam.
I signed up for their free trial, which was advertised as $0. Just two minutes into the trial, my account was charged $56 for a yearly subscription that is supposedly set to renew “next month” something I did not authorize. Does that even make sense?
I contacted them to complain, and they said they would investigate the issue. Since then, they have completely ghosted me.
I intend to work with an influencer to create a video exposing them, so people know what they are really about and avoid signing up for this so-called “free trial.” I will also run paid ads myself to raise awareness and prevent others from falling victim.
I even explained to them that I needed the money for a medical condition. I’m honestly heartbroken, but I’ll handle this the right way so others don’t go through the same experience.

​Review: Unprofessional Merchant - Manipulating Account Status to Deny Refund

I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive practices of Creative Fabrica. I paid 197.18 MYR for a subscription, but the service was never activated. Instead, my account was immediately placed "On Hold".
​I have documented evidence of their manipulation:
​Agent Alex admitted the error via email and confirmed I am eligible for a full refund.
​Later, The second Agent contradicted this, providing false information to deny the refund and claiming the service was used while the account was actually suspended.
​This is a clear case of "Service Not Rendered" and consumer fraud. I have already initiated a formal chargeback through my bank (Touch 'n Go Visa - Ticket #19485481) and reported this to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
​If you value your money, stay away from this site. They will take your payment and block your access, then lie to avoid returning your funds.
​I will not remove this review until my full refund is processed.

Update: The merchant tried to settle the issue by refunding in USD, causing me a financial loss of over 11 MYR due to exchange rate differences. I never received the service due to THEIR system error, yet I am being forced to pay for their mistake. I have NOT accepted this partial refund and I am continuing the formal dispute with my bank and the authorities until the EXACT original amount of 197.18 MYR is returned. Do not be fooled by their 'refund' emails; they are still withholding my money.

Your response ignores the core issue. I was charged for a service that was never provided due to your own technical error, as admitted by your agent Alex. While a refund was finally issued, it was sent in a way that left me with a financial loss (11.69 MYR) due to exchange rate differences. I should not have to pay for your mistakes.
My formal dispute with the bank remains OPEN and active. I will only update this rating once I am fully reimbursed for the EXACT amount taken from my account (197.18 MYR). An apology doesn't fix a financial loss.

So I gave this a 4 star just because

So I gave this a 4 star just because, I had replied at one point and no one got back to me and the next day I was asked how the service had been when nothing had been done. Maybe because of that, that things moved along. I got my reimbursement for 2 additionnal subscriptions I hadn’t made. It may have been a Paypal issue. I removed creative fabrica from my Paypal list and hopefully this won’t happen again. I am happy with the resolution.

Signed up for trial, Charged €55.93 for annual subscription…

Charged €55.93 for annual subscription minutes after signing up for FREE trial. Account #23797863, Invoice AXMVPML3-0002.
Their own website showed “Sign up for free trial” after charging me — screenshots available. Product also failed: submitted lyrics, received completely unrelated output.
Support has sent the exact same auto-response 3 times within seconds of each email: “we can’t find your account, please provide your Account ID.” I provided my Account ID, invoice number, and two email addresses — same auto-reply again. The refund link they keep sending does not work.
This is not support — it’s a loop designed to exhaust customers into giving up. Will file with Netherlands ACM (ConsuWijzer) if unresolved.

I had a good experience with Creative Fabrica but just found it was not for me, there are some beautiful designs all worth looking at, the download process is simple and the designs sew great, would definitely recommend the trial process first

Charged for a "Free Trial" on day one, auto-conversion trap, refund refused.

Signed up with payment details for "14 day free trial", received two email receipts saying my payment was due on 14 May 2026. The second receipt claiming I successfully changed my subscription and was billed £56.40 at the exact same time as i received the first receipt. (Both receipts came together , no terms or conditions or proof that it was actually me who changed the subscription as far as I was aware i did not and was still in a 14 day trial period. So on 17 April , 3 days later i asked for a full refund as i was in the "14 day cooling off period" and legally entitled to a full refund. I was refused a refund. I only see now by TrustPilot's own analysis this is the number 1 complaint theme for Creative Fabrica(I am not surprised). Obviously i would suggest avoiding this company and be aware of their dishonest tactics to take your money and refuse a trial period.
Update on 21st April - Paypal awarded me a full refund today.

The tool works well, although I was immediately charged for the "Free trial". Extremely cheeky practice. I am awaiting a response from their CS to resolve this.

absolute scam - dont trust them

absolute scam, tried charging me 80 bucks 7 times in the last couple weeks, after ONLY activating a free trial, lucky i removed all funds from my card before activating FREE trial. I tried unsubscribing 5 times before i could actually manage, takes like 10 minutes with a lot of stuff you must agree to TO UNSUBSCRIBE and it keep logging you out on purpose and you have to start it from the beginning always. i thougth i unsubscribed 2 times and it still charged me, turns out it was not finished, the page just randomly logged me out when i clicked confirm. Once I used their "Free trial" and uploaded only one picture I was suddenly charged 47 euro, and there was no confirmation during the purchase that I was unaware of, if I do not get my money back I WILL take this further.

Charged €56.40 after what was presented as a free trial — without clear and explicit consent.

I cancelled immediately and contacted support, but received only generic responses with no real resolution.

This flow is misleading and does not meet basic transparency standards for subscriptions.

If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the case further (bank dispute already initiated) and update this review with full details and evidence.

I expect a prompt refund.
