Signed up for a Free Trial, but was immediately charged $58 via Apple Pay. Haven't used any services. Support is ignoring or bot-replying. Requesting a full refund immediately.

Having canceled after a trial a charge was made. Bank informed, reversal will be made. Given the sure amount of the same complaints based in the Netherlands it is concerning that the Netherlands authorities let this company run like this. Will not be buying any nl based subscriptions, payments or frankly anything while I see nothing being done on this.

Don't deal with them, very shady practices to have you subscribe to their service without doing the free trial. AI quality is BS, can't even reproduce a text without it being full of typos. I would stay far away from that company as they make money off of people in a very sketchy way. They will probably respond the same AI written text as they do to other reviews anyways.

Exedently bought something, got my money back in 20 min. Great E-Mail support.

Deceptive "Free Trial" bait-and-switch. Avoid. Review: I signed up for what was explicitly advertised as a "Free Trial". After signing up, I was prompted to use/claim "coins" inside the interface. This prompt did not clearly state that using the coins would instantly cancel my trial and charge me for a full paid subscription. My account was open for less than 3 hours before I cancelled. Customer support has refused a refund, hiding behind the coin system. This is predatory and deceptive billing. I am initiating a credit card dispute.

The response to my queries was both prompt and succinct. I appreciated the manner with which the explanations were given.

Exactly as other have said.
Do not trust this platform. They advertise a "free trial," but it is a complete scam designed to steal your money without warning. I signed up, generated exactly ONE video, and when I went to make a second one, they instantly charged my card over £71. A "free trial" is not supposed to last for just one single generation. They give you a tiny amount of hidden credits that run out immediately, and the second they do, they automatically force you onto an expensive annual subscription without any explicit confirmation or warning.
To make matters worse, their customer support is non-existent. You are forced to deal with automated bots that purposely send you around in circles so you cannot get a refund or cancel. This is predatory engineering. Avoid Creative Fabrica Studio AI at all costs, and if you’ve already signed up, check your bank account immediately!
Currently have a paypal case open which has then lead them to freeze not only the studio AI but also my subscription I have had with them for years that does not expire for another year. I will be raising another case on paypal for that subscription too as they are blocking me from using something I actually willingly paid for.
*** in response to their reply. I made 1 video 1!!! 1 video is not a trial of the services offered in anyway. It isn't advertised as coins its advertised as a 30 day free trial. I didn't even get to look at the other things and there are absolutely no warnings your free trial is up after 1 go before they take your money. You can see from everyone elses reviews I am not the only one. They are also only responding now a paypal case has been opened before that I was stuck in an ai bot loop in emails and still no refund for this scammy behaviour ***

This company has deliberately designed their free trial to mislead and charge you almost instantly for a full subscription. Beware. On 5th Aug, after following the signup for a free trial screens using my Google account I was instantly alerted by Monzo that they were trying to take £71.86 (three times) and Monzo helpfully blocked it. The fact that this company is in Monzo's fraud watch list for auto blocking should tell you something. A trial should not be seeking a full amount on an instant basis. Not sure what the game plan is, make a great AI product only to have it gain a fraud reputation by using these misleading tactics. Very odd.

I submitted a refund inquiry regarding automatic payment, and within 10 minutes I received a satisfying solution as a gift.
I live abroad and am well aware that inquiries of this kind are not accepted quickly, yet I was very surprised to receive this result

I was scammed. I had intentions on getting a free trial subscription just to get a real experience of the product. I was obviously shocked when I was charged a massive fee of £71.86 for what turned out to be a yearly subscription. I gave my piece of evidence, which is being reviewed as of right now, I haven’t received any updates yet, very disappointing.

My son subscribed for the free trial, yet was charged 70 pounds ! He emailed them explaining the situation but didn’t get a response!!!!!! A big scam , will keep on chasing them until we get the money back

I inadvertently purchased an All Access subscription when I was attempting to start a free trial. I just bought a cricut machine so I am in the learning phase and am just using free downloads until I get more familiar with the process. I immediately contacted customer service and they reversed the charge. I was confused as to why I could not start a free trial and it appeared I had activated a free trial of Studio AI. The customer service personnel explained what had happened and helped to resolve the issues and provide guidance for when I can attempt a free trial in the future.

My son went for the free trial
It said pay 0 ended up by paying more than £71 for a year subscription
He sent them an email to ask to cancel any subscription that they enrolled him in
So they only put his subscription on hold not canceled and there is no refund has been issued
Awful and fraud company
Update
Now the scam has been confirmed and those scammers refused to refund the amount they stall from my son
I will escalate this through eu consumer protection law and will chase them legally

It's a scam! Don't fall for those fake free trials and phony payments; you'll get charged automatically as soon as you log into PayPal. Even if you report it as a scam or say it's not what was promised, PayPal will still side with the seller and close your case. The only option is to use the bank app and file a dispute to get your money back, claiming it as fraud!

Very frustrating experience with Creative Fabrica. I understood the offer to be a free 30 day trial, but after clicking the free trial, I was charged for a full year.
I contacted customer support immediately to explain that the subscription was accidental and requested a refund. Unfortunately, they refused, even though I explained that I am very sick and need the money for medicine.
I feel the offer was misleading, and the way this has been handled has been extremely disappointing. If you are considering signing up, please read the terms carefully and make sure you understand exactly what you are agreeing to.
I will be sharing my experience on other platforms so people can be aware of what happened to me. I hope Creative Fabrica reviews my case properly and does the right thing by refunding my money.

For several days now, Creative Fabrica customer support has been promising me to find solutions via this site, but I no longer receive any news or answers from them. Like what they neglect problems that they do not consider important at all. Completely disappointed. I put a comment right here saying that this story tormented me a lot but they don't care.

I accidentally clicked automatic renewal and withing minutes I was refunded my payment.

Are you not open to complaints? Why are you having my review on Trustpilot removed? Is it because I told the truth?
UPDATE:You are absolutely two-faced; you don't even know what you want yourselves.
UPDATE: If you do not allow users from certain countries to access your site or if you restrict them, do not use other stores as an excuse; be honest and remove that country from your site. Instead, you constantly make up excuses and lie; it is truly shameful.
